This may blow some minds, but I have honestly been loving hanger steaks MORE than ribeyes, NY strips or any of the more "traditional" cuts of steak. It's so juicy, so tender and so full of beefy flavor!
I have always loved grilled veggies on my salads WAY more than raw, the added flavor of the fire and smoke sweetens up the veggies while adding additional layers of flavor. Combine ALL OF THAT with the lemon and basil balsamic vinaigrette and you've got one very explosive steak salad that you not soon forget!
Tell me how you make your steak salads in the comments below!
As always, I appreciate you! Thanks for watching!

The "Trailer Park Boys - The Kittyman Sea Shanty" rendition of that song is much better but we can't all be as cultured I guess.

That was horrible. Broke my heart. 😢 That meat should have rested. All the juices was on the cutting board. Once you were done the meat was grey because all the juices was gone. Meat has to rest. This was a horrorshow 😱

The juice was on the board BEFORE the meat was cut, 5:23 as the meat was resting while the grill was coming to searing temp, you see the juice coming out of it. And then at 6:30, when I say, "while our steaks are resting" - there is juice ALL over the board. Meat certainly was not grey, one was cooked more than another, but definitely not grey. They rested for a total of 10 minutes AFTER searing.

Geez oh man, I even say at 6:53, before cutting, "the juice is all over the board before cutting..."

@@BeergrYT yeah that May be. But when you Cut the meat is was a medium/medium rare. Minutes later it was Grey and dry. That meat did not rest. What a shame. Hanger steak is awesome. It was cooked to perfection. And then it died
