Recipe and ingredients:
Cut 4 potatoes into cubes.
Finely chop the celery stick.
Pour in 2 liters of hot water and boil for 10 minutes.
Rinse 100 grams of rice.
Chop the onion finely.
Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat.
Grate the carrots.
Finely chop 4 cloves of garlic.
Add 1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for 5 minutes.
Let everything cook for 10 minutes.
Add 200g canned tuna and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and add it when everything is ready.
