I have the same grill for my '17 Ford F150 that I bought on Amazon back in 2019. The 2 of the 4 LEDs on the left died and two LEDs in the middle are twitching. I ordered the replacement LEDs on Amazon and it should arrive the week on May 11th. I will let you know how it turned out once I replaced it.

Your stock grille looks 100% better. I bought one for my 07 FX2 since the plastic bars break out over time and an OEM lookalike is $300. I paid $100 for my DOOD grill.
