More please. Your Pentax Q and C-mount lens reviews back in the day were the best reviews I've ever seen. Almost Shakespearean. More.

I totally agree! I downloaded all of Blunty's Pentax Q series posts from KZbin, and used them as photographic inspiration for almost a year! Also, as a result of Blunty's infectious enthusiasm, I bought the entire Pentax Q lens series plus a few additional items. I'd be interested to see if Blunty could do a review of the Metabones Pentax Q Speedbooster? That aside, I found this video very helpful in understanding the mechanics of a Speedbooster. Cheers!

So the more expensive ones are better... But are they really $900 worth of better? Because that seems like a damn steep price hike. I get that if you're a professional you want the best, but is $900 justified by manufacturing and engineering expense or is it just a "we know you have to buy this if you're in this specific position, so we're going to screw you over on the price" kind of thing?

Some of these cheap speed boosters have adjustable rear-elements which can help sort out the infinity issue - worth a check!

I have always wanted a manual aperture ring on modern lenses. This is one of the reasons. They can always have electronic aperture, but give me a ring to turn so that I can also manually control it.

The problem of no infinity is that the glas inside is not focussed but just dumped in. You can probably twist the glas inside. and with a tape measure and a 50mm prime with focus scales you can tune it.

I have a focal reducer for my Pentax K lenses by Pixco. I bought it off eBay for about $115 (NZD) and it's not too bad. My only minor concern about the adaptor is that it has an unusual hassle when it comes to mounting to some Micro 4/3 cameras. I love using it with my Pen Mini (E-PM1), but when mounting to the Pen F. It refuses to connect, or even get stuck on the camera.

I will also add in I have a small collection of dumb adaptors for Pentax K to Micro 4/3s, and thinking of picking up the fotodiox DLX stretch adaptor.

What color profile do you use for video and photos. And would you consider to take a look at the GH5s in a video?

It seems like a great value, hopefully affordable speedboosters with electronics will start to show up in the near future
