The "cheapest" way to chase McDavid rookies? 15/16 Upper Deck Champs Hockey Hobby Box break

Opening a box of a set that may have been built just for me. At $380 cad it certianly wasn't cheap, but it might still be the cheapest 15/16 set with McDavid rookies you can find right now. Plus it has fish and food cards! Back when this was new it was $60 - $90 and had 3 guaranteed hit, in some cases 4. Absolutely insane to look back at how the hobby used to be.

Hopefully you guys enjoyed watching me throw some money down the toilet on this one. The most expensive box I've opened so far, beating out Premier by about $50. Should also mention my return was about the same as my Premier box LOL. Anyway, I love this set. Hopefully they bring it back some day.

Not a champs fan. I don't care for cards of canadian explorers or fish or national parks. I want hockey cards. But you gotta do what ya gotta do to try for a McDavid Rookie

Completely fair opinion. The goofy sets arnt for everyone and I realize I'm weird for liking them so much as I do. Odd box here and there is nice to break up the constant onslaught of hockey card releases.
