Also Toonz, the letter that you got from Jonas Volk was basically thanking you for letting him through. When you were interacting with him, he said his son had been provided a job in the mine or something, and he needed to get to him as soon as possible. You let him through and he managed to save his sons life because the tunnels collapsed. I don't recall if he was the smuggler or just had bad documents, but he wasn't "legally" allowed to pass the border

Some of the people trying to cross the border have specific objectives that could help you progress the story. For example you had the journalist wanting to write an article about the situation. Could maybe lead to something positive if you let him through, like with other people that tell you their intention

Toonz, you gotta match the cargo list name to their name, and if its red on report you got it wrong, the checkmarks just means there is no issue, you are only looking to give them X if you don't give them an X it means its a checkmark, broken windows will have little window parts left on around the frame of the window, that guy at 43 min had a broken back side window :) also passport number and LICENSE plate are 2 different things u gotta check that, thats how u let the smuggler go, didn't check his license plate
