I absolutely love this location. That spot and the Factory Outlet (north) Cheesecake Factories are places I go to on every trip to Vegas. I've had burgers here before and can confirm they're excellent.

Great work, my first time on this channel. I agree with your review. They seem to be using CAB ground beef rather than whole muscle such as chuck, which would have elevated it. One suggestion though, order two burgers, one cooked at your desired temperature that you like, a second one cooked to 160 F, well done. Health agencies (At least in CA) require ground beef to be cooked at a minimum of 160 F, unless requested to be cooked under, by the guest, and there is a warning on the menu for serving raw meat. Most guests would be served at over 160 F, and you as a reviewer would want to check how dry the patty gets when cooked well done. Some patties would turn into cardboard. Another pointer, charbroiled does not always mean cooked over coals. What you are tasting is fat smoke from drippings inside the grill.

Nice looking burger and with all those good ingredients it was a well deserved 8/10 rating. No Cheesecake factory in my corner of the world so I guess I will have to wait until my next Vegas adventure. Cheers!

Sup Alex, mission accomplished 👊, I've had the burger there, I loved it couple times, but the cheesecake factory in Providence RI near me it was awful, sent back a third time in one sitting and left lol. So thought when I ate in Vegas I was just lucky🤷, great review, atleast they kept up the standards there lol. Tyvm tc 🍔

Anyone know how CF can serve a rare or medium rare burger? My understand is FDA requires restaurants to cook burgers to 160 degrees which would be considered well done. Today I actually had a medium rare burger at CF so wonder why they are allow to serve them well under the 160 degree FDA rules?
