Could the plumbing for a bathroom be included for the upstairs....? Another questions could the quest bedroom with the angle wall be included in the master bedroom space by opening up the wall between. We only need 2 bed rooms on the main floor.

Yes we can have plumbing for a bathroom upstairs included in the costs and done at the factory level. That bedroom shares a wall with the master bath and master closet, so we could make the master larger by redoing the layout
