This song was one of many great compositions by the late and great bassist Jaco Pastorius! Story has it that Jaco started out as a drummer but broke his wrist which prompted him to move over to bass. Very well known classic jazz piece. I used to love jamming along with Jaco Pastorius on this. Very well done! And nice little Meinl Trash Crash combo there, sounds sweet! I also love the sound of that small China. Great speed and foot control @2:37 ! Although @4:47 I would have perhaps played quads with the double-kick pedal there, but that's purely a personal choice and yours sounds very good also. Thanks for sharing Chiara! And stay safe. 🤟
