Cole another great video. I truly believe the Chiefs defense will bounce back it’s just been a couple of tough games, similar to the tough stretch facing Philly and GB late last season. I also believe the offense is going to improve with DJ Humphries, get the running game going behind a one, two punch with Lil Poppy and Kareem, plus Carson Steele as the third bruiser. That should give Mahomes more time back there to throw. It’s time for December football, the Chiefs are going to 3peat by the time it’s all said and done in February!

BUT, there is one thing I've learned over the past 2 games, you can't trust the numbers. We should have mopped the floor with the Raiders and the Panthers, but we just squeaked by. I think it's becoming obvious a lot of blame lays at the LT and RTs feet, so HOPEFULLY if we can get Humphries in there to protect Maholmes it will perk up the whole team.

From what I've observed just watching games real time (not All 22), there have been too many long developing plays. With the poor O-line play they should be throwing quick slants, check down plays even following a quick chip, and finally lean on your 1-2 punch in the backfield...control the clock and number of possessions for the opposition...give the defense a break. Take an occasional shot with D-Hop or Worthy. That's just what I think. Great video as always Cole. Keep it up!

Defense is tired, theyve been giving up alot of big plays especially on 3rd downs. Before we would say the game isnt over with Mahomes, Chiefs always has a chance if theres time on the clock. Humphries & H Brown will shift everything. When Chiefs can get down the field and score in the red zone, that lightens the load of the defense so that they can Blitz more & have less pressure on them!

There isn't a big sample size for Hollywood, but the single pitch and catch we seen from him was the first grab of the season for a quick grab across the center if I remember correctly and most importantly he held on to the ball after having his clavicle broke. That's beast and says volumes in my opinion. I'm stoked and can't temper my excitement. The rest of the league doesn't have a sample size to watch how the Chiefs may use him healthy. He has an "ace in the hole" vibe.

I don't think anything is wrong with the D actually. I believe Spags is keeping things vanilla until the playoffs. I will give one prime example why I think this. Against the Bill, 4 and 2. The play where Allen ran for the touchdown. The defensive call was cover 0 and no spy on Allen. With him being dangerous with his legs the obvious possibility is for him to run with that down and distance. So why call cover 0 with no spy? I also notice he is not really heating up the QBs in big passing situations late in the games.

Never in doubt after the last 5 years. Worries yes. I was so happy to make it to the playoffs last year, and going all the way was amazing. I have been impressed with the will of the team in the 4th quarter. The wins are not luck. We just need that throughout the game. Call it the long, long, long drive drill. I agree that offense needs to pick up but they know this and the line improvements are coming. As long as they don't turn on themselves, they will be great!

He was already prepared to be a top 2 or even 1 guy on the team all offseason, and he’s been around the whole time he’s been hurt. This team kinda reminds me of the year we went like 13-3 with Bono I believe as the QB. We won a lot of games close, with really not a lot of offense to speak of. Mahomes has been going on a two game streak with no interceptions. I want him to finish the season with no more interceptions thrown. He should have at least 30 or 31 touchdowns hopefully. He might not be blowing up the stat sheet like Josh, Joe, or Lamar, but he's been pretty efficient these past two games save for a few throws. When the playoffs roll around, there really is no quarterback more efficient or more reliable than Patrick, he's so versatile he can beat teams in a variety of ways. He prefers to throw the rock, but he's equally as dangerous as a runner and his mobility sneaks up on us from time to time with how much yardage he racks up.

In regards to Hollywood. Assuming we get him back the upside is that no one has had an opportunity to study him. Also, he and Mahomes had training camp together, so they’ve already got rhythm. Mahomes cannot continue to be sacked. We’ve got DJ coming in, but how long is it going to take for Mahomes to trust him? Hopefully, they’ll adjust quickly. Pat can’t get hurt or we’re screwed. If we can get the LT situation resolved even a little bit, Mahomes just needs a few more seconds to get through his reads and pass the ball. He hasn't enough time because of our anemic O-line. Last year we relied on the defense to win now it time for the offense to make more plays, put more points on the board, so our defense isn’t gassed by halftime.

Now Offense; once the dam-sized leak of the line @Left tackle is plugged, maybe Patrick will have a chance to complete a read of the defense, buy extra time for either Worthy, Trav, or D-Hop to get clear to get us to the promise land or at least keep the chains moving so we can start producing in the RED ZONE!! The Offense really needs to start stepping up! The NFL has tried their very BEST to give US the hardest schedule this season out of 32 teams, and threw in a Week 6 Bye just for effect! Our NEXT few games will be the challenge to see if we’re the championship team we say we are; Buffalo is breathing down the backs of our necks! There are but a few changes they can make personnel wise on defense. I think you are right Cole…the offense does need to step up and I think they have options now and guys returning in time for a deep playoff push. I do not think they will wind up with the number 1 seed. I think that will fall to Buffalo. Buffalo has a cake schedule outside of Detroit and they own the tiebreaker with us. As Chiefs fans, I think we need to anticipate that we will have to go on the road again this year unless Buffalo loses. I’d like to see the AFC Championship at Arrowhead again but there’s a good possibility that will not happen this year.

The good news here is I’m betting the Bills at least drop 1 more game this year (Lions) so we can afford to lose one game and still keep the #1 seed. 3 games in 10 days is almost inhumane for these guys, so I’m thinking we’ll drop 1 in that stretch. If we win all 3 of those games though, Chiefs definitely have the “Strength of Schedule Wins %” stat locked in as theirs lol.

If we could give Mahomes more time, we finally have multiple weapons. We haven't even got Juju going yet. They have chemistry. HWB has the occasional drop, but being a decoy gets others open.
