It's funny! I have a Ginny and a Jill from my childhood. I got Ginny in first grade; Jill was fourth. While I still play with both today, 70-ish years later, Ginny got more playtime until I began to appreciate the preteen world I would soon enter. When I had my daughter, Ginny was reissued and I got one for her so we could play together. Now, a grandma, I play with my grandgirls' Barbies and AG's.

I have question: DO the lights in the cases hurt or fade the dolls or their clothing? I would think silk would face from lighting. Thank you, Kimberly
