I would prefer that he actually is innocent of what hes accused of, but if he isn't then I dont want him back. If he did wrong he needs to be punished for it. Tbh If its really bad then he needs to be reported to the police and suffer actual consequences.

​@@zagan1 When it comes to modern day, a lot of people tend to see social media as a safe way to accuse some one. There is often a lot of support from people who agree, though it does come with a lot of hate from people on the other side. I do think its pretty stupid that they haven't gone to the police with it. But I don't think that discredits them completely. Based on studies from 2005 around 4% of sexual assault claims are completely false (not considering cases that are true but, the defendent was considered to jsut have been a minor offender), though this number could very well have massively risen over the years, due to social networking. But, even then, I find it really unlikely taht if you looked soley at social networks that the percentage for accusations would go above 50%, making it more likely to be false than true. I think they should go to the police if they want their claims taken seriously, but its their choice i guess and if they want it handled by yogs for some reason, then they should still be given the time and effort to have those claims checked properly.

@@x999uuu1 Yeah which is the right thing to do, its petty to downvote because the person you like is under investigation for serious allegations of trying to get it on with minors and being otherwise pretty sleazy. I really want those allegations to be false, but he should be moved away from the spotlight while they look into this, for both the sake of the yogscast and for morals sake.
