I used to watch Then Came Bronson on TV when I was a kid. I loved that show. Every town he road into he had to be a hero. Being a hero is what life is about. We don't have to save babies from burning buildings to be a hero. Sometimes a smile is all it takes. Being a hero is simple really caring about people and trying to help them. I was a hero when I was leasing apartments in Tucson. Everyday I was rescuing someone from a spider, flood, from being locked out, etc. It was an awesome experience.

I saved a 3 year old from drowning in Tucson, and it was most rewarding, but the point I was trying to make is that the key to happiness is not in greed but in being a blessing for those we love. And to the more people we can love, the more chances we have at being someone's savior, even if our being a savior is just getting the door for them. Most people thing they'll be happy when they have enough money. The truth is that they'll be happy the moment they forget about themselves and serve.

The sign read "China Lake sheriffs Office, Hopi county" Actually, China Lake is a military installation (Navy Weapons Station) in Kern county, across the fence from the town of Ridgecrest CA. Most of the outdoor scenery appears to be have been filmed along highway 178 through Walker Pass, in the Sierra Nevada, about 40 miles from China Lake. I recognize the scenery since I have lived in the area for 30 years, since I was stationed at china Lake until I retired from the Navy.

Actually, something like that really happened. A highly considered top patrol man killed a woman after having stopped her car under a false pretext. It's in one of those real life crime series, not sure if it was in FBI files or something like that. Very weird case, the patrol man really was highly regarded, always super clean unifrom and boots and all. He made quite a number of silly mistakes, and was finally caught... If you can't trust politicians, priests, teachers and patrol man anymore, who can you trust ?

😂 he finally checked 3 quarters through the movie, and he's not suspicious about this weirdo hanging around town not leaving

I think this Sheriff is stew-pid. Letting a stranger into your unlocked house, stay in your trailor, go through your things, ride along on investigations, feed them, etc. etc. Stupid.

GREAT movie. Just watched that guy in Calendar Girl Murders. I don't know his name but he has always been a great actor.

Wow,what an expertly paced thriller.Toms not been in much but always delivers. The villain was in the best tradition of columbo episodes...just goading the authorities.
