Damned good series, although as someone looking at the military perspective where would be a good start to get the bit-by-bit commentary of each battle and campaign? Unless you'd be doing something of the sort in the future Best Regards, Lev Murynets

Lev Murynets Hi Lev....There were so many battles. I wrestled with this idea of providing more detail. I feared this series would run too long.

Lev Murynets The last thing you want to hear is details and commentary from an amateur like me. Didn't even serve in the military either. I suggest Odd Arne Westad's "Decisive Encounters" and Rana Mitter's "Forgotten Ally"
