I got this pretty soon after it came out, but never had the time to really dive into it. A few days ago, I'm defending the library against Knights armed with the best weapons of war known to man at the time...by chucking books as fast and as hard as I possibly can whilst screaming like a banshee getting a vaginal exam with a cactus. Ten out of ten, hundred outta hundred; best game, best game.

This game is extremely fun. Me personally last year when it came out on Epic and consoles I never touched For Honor again. Chivalry 2 is significantly more fun and enjoyable experience and is open to the casual players instead of the try hards in most games. This update is the best state Chivalry 2 has been in and is 100% worth buying.

This game is amazing. The customization is a little limited but i like equipping my Agathan soldiers with quality looking weapons and armor whilst giving my masons worn or more practical weapons to add to the experiance

Played Hundreds of hours of Mordhau and Chiv 1 Chiv 2's combat is unique, impactful, and very satisfying. The battles are amazing. My favorite Knight game, way better than Mordhau's bullshit feint system.

Doesn’t help that mordhau pushes cosmetic exclusive microtransactions and has shitty devs like crush who verbally abuse the people who support their game. Chiv feels like a passion project while Mordhau feels like an attempt to cash in on a formula yet to be fully explored

@@HoxtonRules I know how to counter feints, but I have a feint limit till my brain shuts off. That's after being razzle dazzled 360'd bamboozled feint kicked in the nuts and then stabbed, not to mention the bullshit riposte speeds of some of the bigger weapons. Some of them are bullshit fast. Anyways, that's just an opinion from my experience. Chivs 2 mechanics don't allow for ridiculous looking shit to be the driving force behind combat, it's a solid system that has a more serious momentum that creates a more engaging scenario gameplay-wise and I appreciate it.

@@goutbreak Chiv 1 did the same cosmetic bullshit too and worse. Mordhau did a lot better than Chiv 1 in it's appeal, and I was happy to pay for the ONE DLC set they put out recently because of how satisfied I've been with the product. Chiv 2 lacks in the cosmetics department, but I appreciate the theme they upkeep in their aesthetics.

as someone who plays this game i can safely recommend that if you don't have any friends to play it with, this game is not worth getting in the slightest. if you have friends its fun and enjoyable, but if you don't there could not be a more unfun game to play solo, for honor is much much better to solo que and we all know how that game goes
