..and to think Anthony Scaramucci was given air time in the same vein. A former sycophant whos allegiances only changed when it wasn't to his advantage anymore. The US media gets it wrong more often than not. That being said...I agree. Just annoyed that they give some of the other people ANY air time.

A powerful voice for equality and fairness - and on behalf of African-Americans, especially in the south, who follow his lead. His voice made Biden the nominee. If Biden becomes president, Clyburn might be the biggest reason why Biden was put in the position to win.

Clyburn will deserve credit if Biden wins. Remember when there were so many instances where Biden had to go mediate for Obama on race issues, because the opposition was so strong against Obama . Maybe these last four years have taught Biden a few things. I do not know Mr. Clyburn but he seems like a hard person to "win over." Old and wise.

Joe Biden was electable, plain and simple. NO ONE else in the pool of Democrats had a real chance. It’s no different when in 2016, Bernie Sanders was booted by the Democrats in favor of Hillary Clinton, even though Bernie had garnered a huge following among millennial voters. The problem here with career politicians is they become so disconnected and out of touch with their constituents the needs of their communities, TECHNOLOGY, etc. that the longer they are in office, the less effective they become. If the President has a two-term limit, then everyone else damn sure should.

Thank you Jim Clyburn. I saw your interview on Frontline: The Choice 2020. Thank you for supporting Joe Biden. When you pointed out about busing and desegregation in the '74 to '82, you said to him he should say: Looking back, I was not on the right side of history; But the fact of the matter is I was where a vast majority of the Americans were, including Black Americans. 1. I was 13 in '74. I couldn't understand why there weren't more different people in my school. 2. My parents and sister all had friends that didn't look like us. The only thing my parents said was, They are us, even though they don't like us. 3. I have since grown up and been in the Army. Had lots of different friends. This country is made up of people from somewhere else, but they are people just like me. 4. I live in Wisconsin now, and I have friends. My ex-girlfriend here said she was chocolate. I though that was excellent. So when we were dating, she was chocolate and I was vanilla. Everybody at work knew. My chocolate friends also agreed. 5. We went to different places here. I never pushed her to go somewhere. I could see that she was scared sometimes, so we left. 5. I told my chocolate friends, I will never use the language, or actions, that they use with their friends. That is for people like you. It would disrespectful for me to do that. Please just remember that same thing when you talk about me, the vanilla guy.

Your resuscitation of Biden’s dying campaign has ensured that “nothing will fundamentally change” at a time when change is sorely needed in this country. Excellent interview, and one that caused me to reappraise the Joe, with a little internet checking. The Joe remains a mainstream, establishment figure with a conventionally successful career. The situation requires radical solutions, and I doubt whether the Joe or Kamala are meter to the challenge. The Donald is not done, and, in a strange way, a recount that whittles down the winner to a very narrow margin, either way, May best express the condition of the Republic, and caution the winner.
