It really was Dani. A bit of a chill in the air, not too sunny, but not enough clouds to hide the rolling hills and fields. We don’t want to jinx so… We’re usually really lucky with the weather 🤫

We’re so very pleased you’re enjoying them 👍🏼❤️🐌 This coming week we’ll be heading to North Yorkshire, which is where Keith’s family is from, from the 1800s. If time permits we’ll go take a look at the village they lived in 🧐. We’ll also be heading to Whitby to show the famous Abbey linked to Dracula 🦇 It should be a great week. Hope your week ifs shaping up great 👍🏼❤️

That was a long walk and if you would have went the other direction, mint cake would have been in order, the incline looked pretty good on relive. Happy trails. P.S. my daughter won your backpack and we're super excited to be planning our Camino for next February.

Wow! That’s so cool Michelle. We’ve got the pack with us and will be heading to a post depot tomorrow to send it on its way, with a bar of Kendal Mint Cake!! Also, we managed to find a small bar of a different Chocolate KMC 😱 I shudder to think how eye-poppingly sweet that will be, but I’m thinking the sugar rush will still be going by the time you both step off in Feb 🤪😂 The Tissington Trail is much easier than it looks, although the 21 km did nearly kill us, it’s scary how quickly you can fall out of shape isn’t it. We use the word “shape” in the Trundler context there ofc, which probably isn’t the same as a normal person 😂 I think over the 20 km it is only about 80 m, but going the other way would mean an almost imperceptible uphill for ever 😅😂. You’ll be surprised how quickly Feb will come round. It’s almost summer, then a blink of an eye and it’s Autumn, 2 seconds later it’s Halloween and then poof! It’s Christmas!! We’re so excited for you! 🎉❤️🐌

The rucksack and KMC are on their way Michelle! Make sure you’re on a long, wide, and flat straight when you try the chocolate coated KMC. It’s not been Trundler Tested yet so we have no idea how much energy will be released 😉😂
