While I will admit this is not an easy message to accept I believe he is spot on with his take on Romans 13:1-7. We cannot decided to disobey scripture because we don’t like a particular politician.

His "take" on Romans 13 is purely heretical in application. This isn't the Roman Empire. This is the united States of America. We the people are God's appointed authorities of the land. We are the rulers. Those whom we place into our government are OUR SERVANTS, not our rulers. We have not placed our servants into positions of authority over us, but into positions of duty under us. The wolf in sheep's clothing in this video is a heretic.

Question is who are those governing authorities spoken of in Romans 13:1? I don't believe Romans 13:1 is talking about the government of this world. That government is indeed evil. The word says in Isaiah 9:6 is a prophecy about a future child who would bear the government on his shoulders and be called by titles that could only rightfully be attributed to God: “For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. Government- the governing body of a nation, state, or community. Authority- the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience. In the KJV it says higher power which means (noun absolute being; divine nature) deity. sanctity. genius. god. BUT In the ESV, NIV, NKJV etc., it says governing authorities; which means the body which exercises the legislative functions of a political subdivision. THIS IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND DECIEVING In the bible where government is mentioned concerning Jesus Christ, it says once again in Isaiah 9:6-7 KJV 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counseller, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this. Romans 13:1 For there is NO POWER BUT OF GOD: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore RESISTETH the POWER, RESISTETH the ordinance of GOD: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. John 3:18 KJV He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. Romans 13:3 says 3 For Rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: YET Our human government is the total opposite. They are a terror to good works and they uphold evil. So you see, Romans 13 couldn't be talking about a worldly government. 2 Corinthians 4:4 4 In whom the god of THIS WORLD hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. THE GOVERNMENT OF THIS WORLD BELONGS TO SATAN AND THE GOVERNMENT MENTIONED IN ROMANS 13 IS NOT OF THIS WORLD. CHRISTIANS ARE UNDER THE GOVERNING AUTHORITY OF JESUS CHRIST, WHICH IS INDEED ORDAINED BY GOD; THE POWER OF GOD. ACTS 5:29 KJV Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

Hi there, KZbin folks. I'm a male christian from Russia and I'm asking you a question: What do you think, should I obey the government's order to go to Ukraine, if they announce full mobilization next year? Personally, I consider this special military operation in Ukraine as an act of expansionism, which I can't accept as a "self-defense" type of thing; so I've decided, if the order would happened to obey as long as they allow me to protect our motherland borders as the borders were present in 2013. I think it'd be way better to put our resources in the way of life; saving people, saving animals; to build, not destroy.

I teach a Sunday school class of older people at my church. We discussed your situation. We agreed that, faced with that decision in the USA we would probably justify following our countries orders. However, Christians from other countries would probably not agree with that. So now we have a situation you were in where most in America do not agree with the Russians approach.. so we would side with not taking up arms. It's a very hard decision for you to make and we prayed that you will not be faced with it.

God says that His prophecy is of no private interpretation. He also says, Despise not prophecy, but rather try all things and hold fast to that which is good. So don't despise but rather try my interpretation and then believe the one that is true.
