This was awesome! Thanks brother!! A good timing in that I have entered into a brand new workplace as a small entrepreneur in a gym. I must say that this was not what I had in mind during the past 2 years of ocd suffering, but it sure has been a great blessing and God has used me, lead me despite of my issues. Well, God only uses imperfect people. His strength is made perfect in our weakness as 2 Cor. Says. So let's shine as lights of Jesus in our workplace:) May God bless y'all day

We need to practice extrospection more; try to feel what those we love are feeling. So much introspection, but extrospection helps me understand myself even more!

Really loved hearing you cover this topic. Learning to be content in my job and be aware of genuinely showing humility towards others. I’d be lying if I said it was easy all the time but like you mentioned, we have to ask God to help us do so. God bless you sir

Just starting a new job!!! I was also wondering the other day how I’m even gonna make it in life because I go through so much mental turmoil at work with my emotions… I’m always trying to figure out how to be what everyone else needs… very exhausting… thank you!!!!

Maddy, It's impossible to be what everyone else needs. Thank you for being what God needed. He wouldn't have made you if He didn't love you so very much!

This is incredibly good timing, I’ve been wishing for godly guidance and wisdom on how to approach the dynamics at my job. I was recently promoted as a manager for a startup company in an industry that I don’t personally and completely align with but I love the people I work with and I see tremendous opportunity in growing my faith and healing. I don’t have substantial experience as a leader and the kind of people I deal with in the workplace can be very, very challenging. There’s a lot of brokenness and insecurity in the industry I work in, all of which I can personally relate to. I’m encountering a lot of resistance from my subordinates and I even had to take a week off because of mere overwhelm. I want to develop my leadership abilities more than anything but with the lack of structure that stems from the company being so young I have taken on more pressure than I should have, and lost my perspective forgetting that support from upper management is crucial in my developing confidence in the workplace. Thank you for making this video. I would love to hear more from you on this topic or similar ones in the future, as I respect your work and insight enormously. Your ministry has helped me break through on a lot of things since I gave my life to Christ. I would not feel so close to God if it weren’t for it. God bless you.

Support from those above you is crucial. I had the opportunity to come out of retirement a year ago. My boss appreciated my ability to prioritize risks and aggressively tackle those that threatened the company the most. The two above him, not so much. You're smart and filled with the Holy Spirit. If you're in an industry that doesn't fully align with your values, there must be a reason. You need this experience. God bless you with the wisdom to enrich the kingdom of God with your talents. We love you sister in Christ; you've got this! 🙏

Ugh me too. I try so hard to be diligent and do my best but my workload is crazy, and am constantly overwhelmed. It really triggers my perfectionism.

This is the generation where the thing to do is actually. Stop saying repent in the streets. Stop saying that and just ask. How are you and what did you learn about Jesus cause I'm still learning. I actually deceived myself if I don't believe i need to learn.
