OK so for the spanish speaking woman, I'm only 7 minutes in so maybe they explain it later but I'm impatient and wanna post a comment _now._ Maybe the idea is that she is learning spanish and is trying to improve her skill by only speaking it? You know, kind of a faux total immersion thing? I could see that having some benefits. Oh okay nevermind she was just being really obnoxious and bringing her schoolwork outside of school with her. I just realized the main protagonist loses everything goes through a midlife crisis, grows a beard, picks up acting and tries to steal a fortune from 3 orphaned children( but in the end lost those Christmas shoes😔sad times)

What a horrible fucking movie! XD Losing a child is unbelievably psychologically damaging, and the idea that it could be wrapped up with a greeting-card Christmas wish is so nihilistic it makes me laugh. These movies try so hard to be wholesome and happy it's almost castrating the soul. You can't feel grief, or horror, just smile like the Stepford wives, because the Hollywood Christian God's universe has no room for difficult questions.
