You say that without authority there is chaos. Do you therefore need a "senior" or "lead" pastor who rules over the other pastors? By your own logic, without a lead pastor, the pastoral team, and thus the church, is in chaos! It really seems like you don't think before you speak. You just regurgitate platitudes and Reformed man-made traditions without critical thought or sound exegesis.

Hey, consider this: the Senior and Lead Pastor that rules over the other pastors is Jesus Christ, Himself. Without Him as Head, the Church, the Body, can't really function right, can she?

No, what he said is right. The elders are subject to one another. With your model, the lead pastor would need a lead pastor over him, who would need a lead pastor over him, and so on and so on.
