The story of a man (Matt Damon), salvaged, near death, from the ocean by an Italian fishing boat. When he recuperates, the man suffers from total amnesia, without identity or background... except for a range of extraordinary talents in fighting, linguistic skills and self-defense that speak of a dangerous past. He sets out on a desperate search-assisted by the initially rebellious Marie (Franka Potente) - to discover who he really is, and why he's being lethally pursued by assassins.
Director: Doug Liman

This what I love about movies from the early 2000’s. They’re modern but they’re not smart phone modern. Today, this scene would consist of nothing but holographic touchscreens, rather then having to use old clunky Dell computers. Which is cooler.

I believe that modern tech stuff could be done even better but directors seem to misunderstand what they should be going for. I'm talking Man Of Steel kinda shots, like overemphasizing the capability of the military through tech.
