Coaching in every way. They have no situational seemed awareness, they lack basic fundamentals and don't even stick to what's working. Achane has 60 yards in 11 carries in the 1st half, and he gets 4 carries in the 2h. Instead choosing fullback dives. The qb throws a 1 yard pass with 30 seconds left, and the clock running. Only to lose 20 seconds and lost 3rd down cause they had to clock the ball. Terrible in every way. 2 targets for Tyreek? I like Jonnu getting involved, but you have to throw the ball to your 2 receivers making a combined $50 million

@statanburney2586 Yes, opting to kick a 55 yard fg on 4th and 1 with 6 minutes left on the road with your 4th string qb is a terrible decision. The defense wasn't getting stops in the 2h, and we were actually putting a drive together. Why try to tie the game at best with a long fg attempt? 3 times this year, he's done that, and we've lost every game.

All our QBs wait to throw a receiver open. They are missing wide open receivers...if they would just trust the route and throw to the spot. They play scared and clueless. That FB dive was the dumbest play of the year. Mike is the new Chip Kelly. Gets the genius title but has 4 plays. He is a terrible play caller and game manager. Needs to go to high school or small college to be a head coach. He is not an NFL head coach. Nice guy. But not an NFL coach. This team is a reflection of the head coach. The entire culture of this team needs to be reset. The only way to do that is to blow the entire thing up. Grier, Mcdaniel need to go and make Weaver the interim coach. Don't bother playing Tua for the rest of the year. At the end of the year, try and trade him for anything you can or cut him. Trade your assets for picks, get as many picks as you can. Draft Cam Ward as the first pick and start the rebuild. I wouldn't play Cam Ward if we draft him next year. Invest in a solid vet to play next year.

This season is done. Even with Tua back, they won’t succeed because of the same reason why they are not having success now- bad coaching(all phases) bad play calling, bad personnel, bad offensive scheme (too complex) which creates penalties ie delay of game,illegal motion, false starts, burns time outs, and players not on same page. Yes Tua masked a lot of those problems but this season is worst than last season. Grier did not improve from last season where the team overachieved. The fact that with speed like Achane, Mostert, Reek and Waddle and they only score one TD is a shame and the coaching not being able to scheme with those players.

I’ve seen enough. Somehow, this team I thought could go far in the playoffs won’t make it in at all. Time to shed the players that deserve to be on playoff teams, shed the useless and try out some of the younger ones. Mike McDaniels needs to be fired. I would suggest Frank Smith take over as HC and Darrel Bevis take over at OC. Let Weaver keep on working with the Defense - let him concentrate and evaluate who should be cut loose and who should be kept. I think the TE Coach should go, unfortunately. The OL Coach should stick thru the end of the season. We have 2 decent OL players to work towards the future - Austin Jackson and Patrick Paul. Brewer is OK - draft a center next year and have him take over in 2026. Jeff Wilson and Mostert should be traded to allow them one more shot at the playoffs - pick up a utility back to share the beatings. Trade Tyreek - we’re not using him. Might get a 5th for him. Waive Julian Hill and sign him to the practice squad. Let Durham Smythe go at the end of the season - other than Jonnu, the TE room has been abysmal. Let the backups play QB and see if Tua can be traded. I don’t believe we will hit our SB potential window and I don’t see us correcting mistakes in real time. The offense plays without discipline and is not using its biggest, most explosive and most expensive weapons. Do I expect 11-0 to finish the season? 9-2? I don’t buy into fantasy or story book endings.

I no longer get angry at a loss. This team is broken. I can’t defend Mike anymore. He may be smart but I don’t think he can manage real time situations. Grier does not understand how to not be Mike tannenbaum. Key position players are fragile, old, or both. The team lacks discipline and attention to detail. They flat out suck. They have no life. I’ve not seen a more unprepared team since Cam Cameron. I’m not angry anymore. Just sad and disappointed.

Its hard to point to one person but you need a GM and coaxh with a shared vision of their team working together with a stud quarterback. Then add good to great O and defensive line with good offense, defense and sp teams coaches. The Chiefs, Bills and Ravens have that. Houston and Bengals are close. Miami and rest of division has a few of those factors or none. Tua is good but limited scheme wise to him but think what Mike would do with Maholmes, Allen or Jackson as his qb. It starts with gm, coachs vision in harmony and great qb play. Its starts with shared vision working together at the top.
