As an artist it has a lot of proximity which is what you picked up with the gold being distributed. This is a gestalt principle that helps your eye flow throughout the piece without your eye just being smack and sitting in the middle of the composition. Also how you were saying how the black made it pop. Definitely, it creates not only similarity by dividing things with value or color. It basically does pop it out more so your eye knows what is closer and what is not. To me, this is one of the best decks I have seen when it comes to design. It is very pleasing to the eye and it doesn't have a lot of tension. I was waiting to get this ever sense it came out on amazon, I luckily came across it on accident from looking at new arrivals. I'm waiting for it to come in.

I really like that deck. It’s very balanced and I think the artwork is cool with the limited color palette. I could see doing a reading with just this deck alone. I will consider this deck to purchase and add to my collection. I really don’t have anything like this right now. I thought the guidebook was really well done. 🌟🌟🌟

I bought the limited edition as a birthday gift to myself and I'm loving it, I'm stoked to try out the little ttrpg adventure in it. I just love everything about it, I don't even have a fabourite thing about, it's all amazing. The only little downsides is the shape of the cards, but I'm getting used to shuffling them. I love how they read as well, it feels like a powerful tool for shadowwork related things, it says it like it is without being harsh, which I love, and it does give uplifting messages when you seem to need them too. It's one of my favourite decks ever, next to the Seed & Sickle. Fez knows how to make lovely deck, she instantly became a favourite creator of mine and I just discovered her in March/April.

You got me!!.. I just pre-ordered the Citadel deck on book depository. I had so much deck-envy over these cards and very nearly bought the Seed & Sickle (which I had zero interest in) just to get this deck. I'm so happy I didn't and that I now have an opportunity to buy this expanded version of the deck. It really appeals, tho I don't imagine I'll use the ttrpg component, I don't have peeps to play with, none of my friends are gaming nerds like me.

I like this deck a lot, but have been having a heck of a time wrestling with the practices of Liminal 11 as a company. Their horrible deck creator who harassed reviewers- with Liminal 11 doing absolutely nothing about it, no statement or anything- is just one thing. This very deck was supposed to be a limited release with the special limited edition of the seed and sickle oracle, and they claimed they wouldn't release it on its own. They then turned around and did exactly that. Now, they have the limited edition version of this deck with yet another "exclusive" deck, the deck of emblems I think it's called. When asked if they'd release that in the future like they did with this deck, they were much more political sounding (read, sketchy) with their reply, saying there were no plans to do so as of yet. They essentially tricked people into thinking they were getting something exclusive for $100 when they skipped around and released it for an affordable MM price, WITH MORE CARDS. The only thing special about the original is that it's half of a deck and cut differently. I'd call that severe drawbacks and I'd be livid if I'd purchased the limited edition bundle for that deck, only to see later on that it wasnt complete in the first place and the new deck is actually reasonably priced. I'm betting they're gonna do it again- they're already halfway there with the limited edition of the citadel including another "special" deck.
