The maesters would have had a field day in the remains of the finale considering Sam's blatant crimes against the order and theft of knowledge,the possible discovery of the faceless men and their reach now continues as Arya sails west to uncharted lands. And the discovery of bran the three eyed raven now in plain sight as ruler of the 6 kingdoms. I think that once word reached old town they would concoct plans to assassinate the broken king. In all the great house of Westeros There was Maesters who would spy on the decisions that were made from the great houses and would poison the Lords against each other and would kill unaware like Visery s wife when they opened her and soon after his son died those maesters some of them cared but some of them were bought.
