Thanks for trying it out. Still confused as to why an Elementum in the same materials costs twice as much.

Because through Walmart they are gonna sell a million of them in that gift kit. The Elementum at Walmart isn't gonna sell nearly as many pieces as the gift set at 25 dollars. Units moved is why.

@Edcreviewer well ya, because the Elementum isn't $25

That's a pretty good question, I think it is directly tied to getting a ton of them sold to new customers through Walmart that wouldn't otherwise know about Civivi.

This is my first civivi knife. It carries very deep. It fits in the pocket well. I will likely buy other civivi knives in the future.

It's hard to go wrong with them. The only thing of theirs I haven't liked is the Cogent and that's just down to the button lock not being easy to live with.

Seems good for the price. I was never able to find them at my local Walmart

I couldn't find it in store either. I had to order it off the website.

I really like mine. Been carrying it and using the crap out of it. No chips. Lock held up .a decent kinfe.

Ouch. So much for the box making it a collectable. Just double checked the box on the one I picked up and it's not pre-cut. As for cheap Civivi's... I'm trying to remember what I paid for the my Civivi Fracture when I bought it. Amazon says it was $30, so not much more. The Mini-Praxis is also in the same ballpark. As for Civivi and D2... There are a lot of Civivi's that use D2, including the Elementum.

I figured I was probably off the mark, but hadn't dug too deep into it. I think about 30 is the cheapest I've seen Civivis before this one.

@@knivesiguess Eh... I think its more a case of Civivi has expanded the range of steels they use over the years. I vaguely seem to recall that they used a lot of 9cr18mov when they first got popular, but I'm old and crap and only have 2 Civivi's (I think) so I could be wrong about that. Given what you said and your recent purchase of a QSP Penguin, I wonder how you would compare the Zizzle to the QSP Parrot. (The current versions of the Parrot are in D2 and around $28-$30. When I bought mine 4 years ago it was $21 and you could still get it in 440c.)

I SHOULD have done a little research first, but I honestly didn't really even feel good enough to get the video done.

Which is better Mini Praxis and case for $30 or $25 for the Zizzle with no case?
@knivesiguessКүн бұрын
I haven't messed with the Mini Praxis yet, but it's hard to go wrong either way. Probably depends on if you want the case or the trinkets.

Can’t wait to see a knafs knife here… $45 dollars for d2 and you can get any scales you want
@knivesiguess3 күн бұрын
I keep thinking about them, but get pulled off by other shinies. I'll get there eventually.
@snotshovelinfection3053 күн бұрын
@ I don’t know much about them by but they seem very good

I'm looking forward to it whenever I do finally get one

WAY TO FAST of a cut thru the filament. You aren't giving the scale time to update. Slow pressure until the filament is cut. Doing it fast just gives bogus results.
