I didn't even know Jackie could sing....She sang!!!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I love all of them and am song glad that they did them project. Nobody does it better. I remember the first time that I heard their sound...I'd never heard anything like it. The chords were amazing. I was blown away, blessed, and obsessed! I've spoke of them ever since. This oughta tide us over for a little while. It was great to see their process. It was crazy because J Drew II be jukin like Twinkie be jukin. Some kind of way God put music in them. They got flesh and bones and stuff but they mostly music. And the Holy Ghost. They create art that's worthy to aspire to. It's definitely of the highest caliber. They know what sounds good, what feels good, what real music is. They gave us a lot that they didn't get as far as artists growing up in the church. Artists of our generation don't feel like we have to stay in the church to be in God's will, especially when there are so many battle grounds that He sends us to. God has scheduled them for work WAY into the future. No flesh shall glory in His presence. Definitely my favorite artists of any discipline.

what I love about the Clarks, is their longevity and mass appeal. Its one thing to be able to sing...a lot of folk know how to sing. But how many folk have chops impressive enough to be seen giving a BMI Tribute to Mariah C?...how many gospel groups have "street credibility" with the hip hop generation. Everybody from Jermaine Dupri to Missy E. to Doug E. Fresh to Gucci Mane, know about the Clark Sisters...cuz just like everybody else, they heard the Clarks on the radio in their homes. These women have been singing professionally since the early 70s...think about that.

31:15 - I threw my headset. Twinkie that used to growl with Mattie Moss Clark showed up and showed everybody that she STILL TWINKIE! Don't get it twisted and don't get her started! This was so much life to me, watching the work dynamic, the fun they have, how they feed off each other, so humbly receive direction even though they are the "world famous Clark Sisters." THIS is the reason why they are my favorite artists of all time! I am so glad to see this cross-section of tried and true vocal performers (read REAL singers) and young producers.
