I needed to listen to this as another reminder from a kind teacher. I have 4 kids and the youngest is 2 & have fallen off the bandwagon since he was born and we moved to a house when he was 3weeks old. The house 3x bigger than our townhome so it has been OVERWHELMING! I appreciate you and look forward to getting back on track again. 🤗🌺

Any advise for a nurse working 3 days twelve hour shifts? I have been watching you for years and I’m trying to modify the FL system into my schedule. I haven’t had a lot of success unfortunately, would love to have any suggestions from you. 😊

Yes. Work your three days and do whatever rituals you can. Rest on day 4 with rituals. Day 5 & 6 do 1/2 of your zones each day and do weekly home blessing one day and planning and desk day the next. Errands and car and purse can be done on day 7

I work from 230 pm- 830 am.. can you tell me how to adapt it to that short time constraint
@flyladykat5 ай бұрын
It depends on your personal desires. You could consider yourself part-time payroll and do some things before you go to work or, if that’s too taxing, you can work in your home on Saturdays/Sundays like a full-time payroll. Personally, I would use the at home homemaker’s schedule so my weekends would be open. Of course, it’s your choice🤗❤️

I work 100+ hours a week 🤣.. 7 days per week & the only free time I have is between 830am to 230 pm.. in which I have to sleep a lil. Any recommendations?

@@prettybrown3829 When I was working a special project in addition to my reg. workload, I dropped my laundry off at laundry mat wash/fold service and picked up after work. That really helped me out.

Wait! I just reread this. You work from 2:30 in the afternoon to 8:30 in the morning? I thought it said 8:30 in the evening!!! You work an 18 hour day? How many days a week? Each day you work an 18 hr day plus travel and settling down, it leaves you with about 4 to 5 hrs of sleep. I know you know that’s not good for your health. Your first off day should be sleep, eat, laundry and rest. Your second day should be sleep, eat and family. You have no time to do anything but work and sleep. Hopefully you can assign daily tasks to family members. You can make plans for that during your lunch break at work. You can “inspect what you expect” on the days you get more sleep. Good luck!
