I once somehow went into crouched mode while still being able to run. This could be useful in speedruns if anybody managed to replicate this

What items are you searching for during the speedrun? Edit: oh, it's glowsticks, how come i always answer my own questions right as i decide to ask them?

glowsticks mainly, batteries are nice, usually I only need to find 1 glowstick but there's a bug rn that using a glowstick while only having 1, it won't spawn and I'll lose it, but if I have 2+ it'll spawn
