One of the best series of reviews on the books. You keep it simple and grasp the vibes well

The average Gene Wolfe experience : We understand nothing, but we stil love it. Dare I say... he often left us Clawless (clueless) ? I'm currently finishing Urth of the New Sun, and boy oh boy.

Dude. Urth of the new Sun is another level. I’m a little bit nervous about coming back to it on a reread!

@@iSamwise No need to be stressed : you did it once. It can only be better ;) Btw, it's my favorite in the New Sun Cycle, seeing Severian trying to be a better man warm my heart

This is a great video! You're speaking very succinctly about something I would struggle to verbalise. Keep up the good work, cheers.

I don't know when to stop looking for the easter eggs in this series. You've already researched the details of The Tale of the Student and His Son, I assume. Why is it that Jonas himself- his literal form- is a Ship of Theseus?

Wolfe plays a lot with Greek myths in this. I’m not fully sure why that is with Jonas but it sure is a fascinating point.
