This presentation seems to be reflecting oncology rather than any other opportunities. Oncology is a world of its own.

This video is more general talking about ALCOA, ICH/GCP etc. I suggest watching the video once and then second time pausing it and answering the questions as they are applicable to you. I made a separate video specifically for oncology and the questions you'll get asked like "Explain RECIST 1.1, Explain TMN staging, What is the standard of care for prostate cancer?"

How long do the interviews usually last?

It depends on the company and varies widely. For the final round, some companies have a panel of people that interview you and those interviews may go 60-90 minutes (could be multiple panel interviews). My current company does person by person interviews (no panels) so you interview with 6 people for 30 minutes with each one if you make it to the final round.

Is there any company that will hire an oncology naive SR CRA?

It's highly unlikely you'd get hired to an oncology Sr. CRA position without prior oncology experience. The best thing to do is to try and get a position in the therapeutic area that you have experience in and ask to be put onto an oncology study.

@@MarioDeSouza I am a Senior CRA ....left my job in Nov 2019 to assist in caring for my elderly father. When I started to search for a job in March 2020.....no one was hiring. Now I'm getting the response that I was not working since 2019
