I know this was a year ago, but thank you posting this. I never even knew the story behind this song. I sat there just wondering who Jackie is because it's not the first time he's used the name. And now it kind of helps give meaning to the other songs. Now it just adds even more emotion knowing how heartfelt the song is and adds to my admiration of this man. You could definitely see the pain in his face from certain verses that probably meant a lot to him. I know it's sad but, thanks again. :)

3:54 - wow wow wow WOW! Brandon can sing really high! He sounds INCREDIBLE! He has such an amazing vocal range! If you compare that to the low vocals of Smile Like You Mean It for example - it's mindblowing!
