I think Quincy got the shaft on that room, most Beach Club rooms are longer with a couch the converts to the twin bed like the other deluxe resorts. Maybe because it was tucked in that corner. I’d have been pretty frustrated if I paid for a Deluxe room but got that.

Just booked here. The 5th sleeper is an option that you have to select. These rooms are cheaper than 5 sleepers

Love the Beach Club! We are staying in the Villas in April for spring break and can’t wait. IMO the best hotel and location on property not to mention the best pool as well. Love being able to walk to Epcot and the Boardwalk. Thanks Quincy for doing this vid and tiding us over until our vacation!

I think that dollhouse in the drawing room is a Beacon Hill dollhouse, but it kind of reminds me of the Grand Floridian gingerbread house too! Anyway, great resort tour ❤️. Quincy is super sweet and beautiful!

We stayed there last Dec. we got a slight upgrade on check in which is why I don’t usually rely on mobile check in. We go up and take our chances to see what the cast member can do for us to get a room! I would say it almost always gets you an upgrade if you are nice and don’t demand anything. The only thing I was bummed out about is no Coke Freestyle machine. Wish they would update that and it would be perfect for us. Will still likely book there for our this year trip and maybe have to once and awhile hike over to Yacht Club for my Fanta Zero if they don’t add one to Beach Club

We stayed at the yacht club and loved the walking convenience to Epcot and holly wood! I feel like for how expensive Disney resorts are they should have the fridges fully stocked for their guests lol. I couldn’t believe they don’t do that when we went for our first time.

Loved the tour! Beach club is the type of hotel I’d stay in anywhere else as a moderate or slightly higher end hotel. So sad they treat it like it’s a true deluxe at Disney with those prices. I’ll never stay there for that reason unless I’m sharing the room with a roommate. To be 100 steps from Epcot though! A dream!

Love these tours! But have to say if I wasn't DVC, I would probably pick Yacht Club over Beach Club simply because of the full sized balconies at YC. I get they are going for a look, but not a fan of these tiny Juliet balconies especially if I'm paying a lot for the room.

Crew's Cup has a better menu than Martha's Vineyard, and is only a few extra steps down the hall. CC is also usually packed, whereas MV always looks like it just opened.

Ok so after seeing that mac and cheese I know what I am getting the next time I am there! I think we need to have a mac & cheese showdown. It could be plain mac & cheese like those from Beach club and steakhouse 71 or ones with add ins such as from Kona Cafe, Nomad Lounge (Tiffins) and Jiko. Another throwdown I would like to see is all the different bread puddings: Ohana, Boma, Sebastain's Bistro. With wings I am a drumstick person. Love seeing all that the resorts have to offer.

I liked the general vibe of the hotel, but at that price (and the quality of that room/ chipped furniture), no way. For a price of ONE Night there, I'd stay off property at the Hilton or Marriott for SEVERAL days AND have money left over for Uber/Lyft rides.

Our 2010 trip was full of towel animals. My daughter had a stuffed penguin she slept with. 1st night in the room came back to a towel penguin. So cute. She had towel animals every night there after Trip in 2013 had towel animals 2 nights. Monkeys hanging off the lamp and some other fun ones Trip last month...nada

Kind of surprised how run down the furniture looks. Chips in the paint, scratches on the desk etc. it doesn’t look like the room has been updated like the rooms at the Yacht Club, which tends to be a bit less expensive.

I love Disney and stay monthly, however, this place just doesn't do it for me. I can't see staying in an average-looking room for that price when I can stay at Pop Century or AoA for 1/3 of the price and be just a Skyliner ride away. Staying in a tower room at Coronado Springs was 1/2 the price and I thought it looked much nicer than this. Now that there are no food/dining plans I don't see the point of staying here compared to the more value resorts Disney offers.

I actually completely agree with you. I’m thinking the only way I’d stay there is on an adult only trip where I split the room cost. It’s just not worth it if you spend the majority of your time on Disney property at the parks. Now that most of the perks of staying on Disney property is gone outside of location, I feel more and more justified to stay offsite, and to give up my AP when it expires in October.

I stayed in both, and the Dolphin, too. For me, the Beach Club is the best because I like the pool so much. Boardwalk is excellent. The Swan and Dolphin are also excellent, and the price is so much better. I stay at the Epcot resort area during Food and Wine. This year, I will be at the Swan, unless a special deal becomes available at the Beach Club.

Great report, but not impressed with the quality of the highly priced accomodation. Every cabinet in the room are in a terrible state, very damaged and looking tired, not what I would expect for an upper level Disney hotel which is a great shame.
