I think Raj was the true one. Because he reacts to the image of the frog like he’s actually seen it, he’s Howard’s best friend so he’d be likely to get the honor of the real one, and because it’s the least touching option. Bernadette tells Howard something she knows he wants to hear, Leonard and Amy tell Howard things they’d personally want to hear, and Penny rips off a movie plot slightly better than Sheldon does. The silly frog card doesn’t sound like something Howard’s best friend would make up to make him feel better, it sounds like a deadbeat trying halfway to make things right. It rings true.

Well, I once "accidentally" re-organized the panty of the folks I was babysitting for. I was just trying to find the snacks and ingredients from their instructions and started putting like things together. But moving one thing meant there wasn't room for something else and I had to move it....

Sheldon finding Howard’s dad’s letter is so emotional especially for Howard since his dad unfortunately left him and never came back. Howard’s friends telling him what could be in the letter end one of them actually is is heartwarming. I think probably all of them are true except for Sheldon’s of course. Haha. I love Howard’s emotional storylines. Very sweet.
