She said they went to the clinic after she missed her next period, a month later, and she was was 3 months pregnant. 😒 3. She said that her husband celebrated that Nyakutsikwa, 'hanzi abvuma mhosva kumapurisa". How can you celebrate such a thing as a man? It means he had doubt himself, and perhaps ndiye. 4. Her mother said that she is also suffering in her life, and they are struggling. Clearly Nyakutsikwa has cattle, they wanted to make him a mukwasha. How can you push someone that raped your daughter kuti "ngaaroore achengete mwana wedu?". I think the mother doesn't know but the father knows what he did to this child and they planned together. Which is why he was soft and never attacked Nyakutsikwa.

Yeah this is sad. My first suspect is the father. Also....who gets told by their daughter that they were raped and then they just decide to keep quiet and wait to see if she gets pregnant. So if there was no pregnancy they would've just continued in silence? I don't know a single parent who would sleep soundly for a month after hearing allegations. This is straight up incest. I suspect that the young girl's parents knew that they were FALSELY accusing this guy. 1. They were not shocked by the results meaning that they already knew. After hearing the results, they did not even bother to ask the girl to reveal the truth. 2. They couldn't ask for forgiveness. Any normal person would have begged this guy for forgiveness. They made him to sleep in police cells and vakamuripisa mombe. The first thing was to ask him to forgive them. Kudos to the police. They did not take this case further. This gentleman could have languished in prison. The way this girl was narrating the case could have convinced any magistrate that she was raped.

The mother noticed after a few days kuti something was wrong. She asked the child but out of fear she refused to say. The mother took the child to hospital, pavakazviona kuhospital vakanzi endai kumapurisa first. When they reported, the child was made to speak to a female police in order to gain the trust of the child. Akatanga achiramba asi they assured her kuti nothing was going to happen to her and she said kuti ndibamkuru. She narrated everything how it happenned bamkuru was remanded. The police here failed nekuti nyaya yerape especially to a minor is delicate...haisi nyaya yekuti endai munotaurirana. That girl angadai akabatwa day one kuti arinyepa. Its sad nekuti vakatowanda varume varikupika dzavasingazive. Mwana uyu akabatwa nehama yepedo pamwe baba vake chaivo. Paverengwa maresults vabva...sei? Ende havana kushamiswa kana kutsamwa nazvo😭

There has to be serious consequences for accusing this man of something he did not do. Police must have a department that takes over such cases to then get court orders to do DNA testing on the girl’s father, brothers etc since the girl seems under age. Clearly she will not tell the truth because there maybe a case of incest. Arresting her will also sent a clear message to other young girls and women that wrongly accusing someone and damaging his reputation will attract serious consequences.

I'm honestly hurt ufunge... I am a fan of tilder moyos page and I have seen many cases of rape... But two that touched me the most involved two old men.. Very old one even have protest cancer and had a catheter and urine bag installed... He literally cried on the show describing how painful it is to remove the catheter and how it's only done by nurses and still he was incarcerated just because someone said so. Like the police donr even do due diligence to prove facts even those visible to everyone. The other one had lots of cows and it was clear he was being framed for his riches because he could barely walk or talk... And at that time he was in jail for a few days. Victim claimed he lured her. Which she could easily run away cause of his physical condition. But he is in jail as we speak for allegedly raping a child who could not even describe how his room looked like cause she had never been there.

This episode reminds us of the importance of this show. Away from the usual themes on infidelity, this one is rather sad. A follow up is extremely urgent and important considering the age of the child who clearly was coached on who to accuse and is in extreme fear of the person who raped her. This is huge. This shows the biggest societal ills. And another worrisome reality a lot of men are in prison for crimes they never committed. Engineered crimes. Use of young people in some extremely uncalled for malpractice. It's very damaging to learn that we're sharing space/environment with such kind of guardians who possesses lunatic behavior of that standard. Alright - now the question is» As a people are we learning some life lessons from these episodes? Are we realising that this is a wake-up call? Is our courts whether traditional or modern democratic courts have the capacity to give fair jurisdiction? Does our leaders knowledgeable enough to be able to listen to our social shortcomings?
