Most of the writers are awful at their jobs. In the last 2 years the only well written shows from Hollywood were Stranger Things S4, House of the Dragon and One Piece and I guarantee all of those writers are well paid.

Could not have asked for a better actor to be Buggy. I’ve been a fan of One Piece since I was a kid. Probably more than a decade now. The cast is so fitting. Netflix understandably did what they can with the story, and honestly? It captured what I love about One Piece. Every scene made me cheer, laugh, embarassed, cringe (all in a good way), and of fucking course it made me cry

I always enjoy when you watch a show or movie and you can just see how much fun the actor had doing their role and you can tell he had a blast. It seems the cast had a ton of fun in season one. Wish they would provide more behind the scenes and bloopers. I never read One Piece and most LA adaptations are garbage so I was thrilled to see this one is so good, even if I wasn't familiar with the series. This is what happens when you have the original creator green lighting everything. Glad Oda was on board!
