Thank you, once again , Alan, for your selfless service in sifting through, thoughtfully choosing and compiling these otherwise unavailable recordings of dialogues between Rupert and people who are fortunate enough to be able to attend these gatherings , organizing them into a theme and then uploading them for everyone ! 🙏 The time and energy it must take humbles me and fills the heart with gratitude . Be well and safe !

The thinker is the thought , there is no thinker without thought. J. Krishnamurti. I’ll always be very grateful to him for learning that. It cured a lot of suffering and losing who I am really am not.

Thank you so much Alan,my mind was restless as i woke up and this video gently sent it back to its source to find its peace. It was so helpful especially with that "why these thoughts are still arising,i should have known better by now..." thought,because the solution itself reside in investigating the I ,not trying to figure out the answer.God sent!Thank you so much.

I'm so happy I don't have the one who is greatly interested in convincing my husband in spiritual matters - separate self. He believes in a matterialistic model of the world. But I'm at peace anyway not trying to change his point of view. There I was stuck before.. And thanks to Rupert, I got it, it got clear to me where I was wrong. And as we know there is no real ignorance.

I somehow can not feel fulfilling in this state of awareness :(
@alanneachell90922 жыл бұрын
The goal is not to seperate awareness from experience. We seperate awareness at first because it has been overlooked for so long. Once we have become familiar with awareness it becomes easier to recognise it amidst all experience. Ultimately, it is seen that awareness and experience are one and the same and I Am that.

@@alanneachell9092 Thx for quick answer. But I still don't see any "advantage" seeing my suffering from the perspective of awareness :( So where or how to find this peace and happiness from which Rupert speaks?
@alanneachell90922 жыл бұрын
@@TraumKreator we're not seeing from the perspective of awareness, we have to find out that we are awareness. When this occurs, anything can arise but it doesn't exist in the same way anymore.

When I feel simply overwhelmed with thoughts, beliefs and resulting feelings, I find it very helpful to remember myself that "I Am, I exist, I'm presence itself"...in order to relax in Awareness itself. Those thoughts seem to be generated by conscious "choosing" these thoughts...which implies the notion of a personal doership again. There is confusion about this...could anybody please help??
