The Cluster Journal - Finished Flip Through (SOLD)

A whole journal filled with clusters - cluster pockets, cluster flips, cluster belly bands and ephemera! This is my finished cluster journal and I love it! I have used my favorite kind of cover - a semi-soft chipboard that will mold around all the lovely chunkiness of the clusters. It is vintage in style with a old-fashioned, shabby kind of mood. I've created a lavish mixed media collage on the front. A jeans button and crinkled seam binding ribbons keep all your precious papers inside and a lovely ribbon and fiber tassel embellishes the spine. The journal is 8.5 inches by 5.75 inches in size with a .5 inch spine. There is one large hand sewn signatures with 84 pages - and chunky!!

Hi Kathleen. I love all of the pretty pages in this book. The clusters are so much fun, and I love the way you've used them throughout the book. I remember those punch cards. My uncle worked for IBM way back when. Wish I could reach back and grab a batch of those pretty blue ones. I have a few that I'm mostly hoarding. ;-)

You can get it on Amazon as well, but the available colors on amazon are always few, haha. Vintage seam binding is way more sturdy than what is manufactured now. So I am always haunting the thrift stores and antique stores for old packages of seam binding.
