Coach… Jocko Willink, decorated Navy Seal & jiu jitsu black belt.. Why do his fellow Navy Seals come to him to learn jiu jitsu - if they all have this “switch” that you speak of? Jocko is on record talking about how navy seals aren’t even the most bad ass of soldiers, when it comes to hand to hand combat. They’re special when it comes to working in under around water. That’s their thing & where they are elite .. They’re not renown hand to hand combat specialists..They don’t become seals because they can “flip a killer switch” in combat..
