You folks are my eyes and ears in Scotland! I'm 64 and of Scots ancestry. I even play the pipes and belong to a pipe band. But, I've lived 61 of those 64 years in California. I doubt very much I will make it over there. Thanks very much for the videos! And permit this 'auld man' to say ye wife is a bonny lass!

@@kurtb8474 I have always been told I was Irish and English. So for fun I did a DNA test. Just as part of this I must say my sister married a Scotsman with a huge immigrant family. Like 50 or so. All attended my wedding and not once did anyone in my family day say that I am 46% Scottish and 42% English ancestry. You would think someone would mention Scots ancestry under the circumstance. By the way, I’m 2% Irish ancestry. The rest is Norwegian, Swedish, and Welsh. I’m more Norwegian than Irish. LOL

What a fabulous tour Steve, the Geo Explorer looked amazing 🤩 pleased that it was a calm day! The looks on your faces said you really enjoyed it, plenty of sea birds 🦅 on the rocky cliffs, and the Guillemots looked quite comical all standing to attention, your second day was also very interesting, plenty of stunning features, your own private toilet, just remember don’t step backwards during the night trip to the loo!🫣 someone is bound to claim ownership of that golf ball now you have found it! 🤔 thank you 🙏 again you fearless warriors for going that extra mile on our behalf! 👍🥰🤗👋

Hi Mark. Many years ago (1987) my wife and I made our first trip to Scotland. We looked at the land area and figured that it was about this size of the state of Indiana. As we border that state and kind of know what’s to see and that we could see it all in three weeks. Like your figuring, that was not hear enough time. I don’t think we’ve have seen even half after three trips. Good luck on your bike trip and may the wind always be behind you

After watching this video we knew we had to do this boat trip so that’s how we spent our wedding anniversary yesterday! It was just as epic as you described. We were chatting with Bob in the cabin before we set off and mentioned we’d seen it on your video and he was very appreciative of you - he liked the fact you were genuine people who didn’t try freeloading off them and gave them such a lovely review. One extra bonus we saw which we didn’t expect from the video - the grey seals! Every time we stopped their little heads would come bobbing out the water looking at us from 50-100 yards away. Was such a lovely afternoon. Thank you!
