Very cool progress! Nice build as well! If you want to add extra detail you could make the wood that is in the water a different kind of wood, to make it look like it's mistered and weathered. Absolutely loving the series as well! It's similar to 3rd life, except that it is long lasting! Can't wait for what is to come! Also a strong ally might be Pixelriffs, he is very advanced with enchants and stuff!

You should make a redstone circuit with two dispensers with water buckets inside them. The chamber would be empty first, but when you press a button the water fills the chamber and the clock runs so the water is pulled back to the dispensers just before the person inside the chamber drowns. You would then go hit them to collect the head.
