I was born in Harbin, the capital city of the northeast province. It's not as cold as this city, but still pretty cold. I miss it very much. Because it's cold, there's no bullsht, people are straight forward, they'll help you if you need, or leave you alone if you don't need help. I miss the simple life. Now that I live in California, it's nice weather everyday, but life can be more complicated as people put a lot of emphasis on people's feelings, and if you're not careful, you can offend someone.
