Nothing, no remains, have been found. I repeat, nothing has been found. 1000 bodies appear to have been evaporated or something. This is obvious disinformation, because comparison of a pipe with a thickness of 0.8 mm with a broadsword with a thickness of 10 mm or more, is completely inadequate (and also on the face that it had pre-cuts, because the second part did not even bend after the impact), but the ratios during the collision were clearly the opposite, where the mass and thickness of the aluminum of the plane, several orders of magnitude inferior to the building, were in the opposite ratio ... and as a result, it crashed into the structure of the building, not really penetrating inside, just as kerosene burned out in a matter of minutes, if not seconds after the impact and generally could not noticeably heat the structural elements ... (which is confirmed by the fact that people approached the broken glass, in the place where the wings of the plane were) The only thing that was massive in the Samoyolts was their engines, but they, having a small area, even in ideal conditions could damage no more than one power beam ... Also, the fact that no remains of the planes were found is also an obvious lie, since at a minimum the plane's engines contain many high-temperature resistant elements, such as turbine blades, the hot part of the turbo unit, for which even 1300 degrees Celsius is nothing, and are almost in their operating temperature range... and it should have inevitably been preserved in all cases.

The Laws of Physics don’t lie. The steel didn’t melt, just softened causing a sag. Particularly the floor joist that connected the lateral columns of each floor to the outer columns. Once one floor went, they all went. It became an unstoppable force. The tilt seen when both the North and South towers initially begin to collapse, of both towers is due to the failure of the joists, pulling the outer columns inward, then each subsequent weakened floor followed in a vertical collapse, into each towers footprint. The easiest way to explain the identical collapse of each tower is this scenario: Have you ever put two or more identical straw’s together? Can’t do it without coming at a shallow angle or kink in one straw where it connects with the other. After you do, the inserted straw immediately loses its angle and straightens as it is now inside and supported by the second straw which cannot bear the weight of the high speed pancaking of the damaged upper floors.

“Once the floor went it all became an unstoppable force” Except given a gravitational collapse, it shouldn’t have. 80,000 tonnes of healthy structure was standing. Assuming the part of the building above the impact zone had enough energy to destroy the entire structure underneath it, it wouldn’t have collapsed at the speed it did, which was very near free fall. Especially the case with the north tower. We literally watched 15 floors above the impact zone destroy (pulverise) all 80,000 tonnes of healthy structure underneath it.

That is what happened. The combination of the damaged trusses, perimeter wall and fires but principally the fires caused a catastrophic failiure.
@DriveByShouting
@DriveByShouting 2 ай бұрын
@@TomasUjhelyi It’s nowhere near that simple. You aren’t factoring in several extremely important things. It was a collapse due to the damaged core structure, 25% of the outer perimeter columns (4 faces on each building) being immediately compromised at impact, followed by an intense, continuous, uncontrollable fire that spanned 10-15 floors. Also need to take into account there was also immediate damage on the outer perimeter columns where the 767-200’s exited. At that point, of the four perimeter columns/faces, you have 25-35% of the outer structure compromised, and both are not sharing the same, even structural load. This is at impact, now factor in the fire that continued to soften the steel to the point the trusses that supported each floor and connected the outer permitter columns to the core began to sag. Gravity plays a big role, but you have to take into account not only the effect of the uneven gravitational vertical load, but more importantly the effect of the uneven relationship the torsional lateral load factor and lateral load path. These lateral trusses were effectively supporting each floor, as well as the pulling/flexing/torquing each truss that spanned the floor and connected each of the 4 faces of the building to the outer perimeter columns and to the core. Then factor the uneven loads each of these load bearing parts of the building that had until 9/11 evenly distributed the vertical and lateral loads of the World Trade Center. In an instant the load is now distributed unevenly supporting the vertical and lateral load while simultaneously trying to distribute support evenly as possible while the steel is suffering continuous exposure to extreme structural damage as well as the effects of the massive, growing, wind fed Fire that was more than hot enough to weaken steel. Which was all that was necessary to cause the trusses to sag, until finally one failed and collapsed onto other sagging trusses below it. When that one domino fell, it started the chain reaction that knocked all the others down with it.

Load transfer also comes into play. When dozens of load bearing columns fail, the loads get transferred to the remaining columns which would not be able to handle the increased loads.
@JDela10
@JDela10 4 ай бұрын
When the planes hit, the load transfer happened automatically just under the laws of physics, and they actuslly handled it quite well. It really was the fire that just worsened the situation from that point on. Particularly the sagging floor trusses, because they just increasingly pulled on the perimeter columns (and the presumably the core columns they were connected to) warping them out of shape and reducing their load bearing capacity until it reached a breaking point where the damaged structure couldn't secure the mass of the upper floors against gravity. At that point, we witness the conversion of energy from potential energy to kinetic, and the transfer of momentum as material above crashed onto material below. Just absolute chaos playing out. That structure was basically prefabricated elsewhere, then welded and bolted together on site. Those bolts and welds were more than adequate for a static load with a particular dynamic range as materials in the building moved, or the buildings swayed in the wind. However, when the collapse started and that load on those points of connection suddenly increased by orders of magnitude, they just broke. The debris of the WTC was littered with these prefabricated steel pieces that just broke apart from each other during the collapse. Like a big 3D jigsaw.

Under the initial impact, several floors did detach from the perimeter and from the core columns and partially collapsed over the floors underneath.. It was clearly reported by people trapped several floors under the point of impact, who called and mentioned they were trapped because the floor had collapsed. So several floors did partially collapse on top of each other, maybe even up to 10 floors. This had two consequences: several remaining floors had to support large weight from the collapsed ones. Secondly, many of the core columns and the perimeter columns did lack lateral support which was given by the floors themselves. It's amazing the buildings did stand after the initial impacts. The structural damage was already immense. The sustained heat aggravated everything by reducing the metal strength. It is interesting that it took about 1 hour of heat for each building to collapse. While there are a few theories, I like to think the core columns did gave up after staying in heat for 1 hour because the core columns were made from thick metal layers - consider metal being 2 inch thick, nearby heat will quickly bring the surface at high temps, but the center of the metal will take longer time before reaching the same temperature as the exterior surface. 1 hour seems to be enough for the center point of the metal to reach the temperature of the surrounding flames, at which point the strength of the metal is decreased.

I will post my reply to you here as well for those who don't bother with the pinned comment. It isn't. Perimeter (not core columns) on one side of each tower bowed inward by up to 5 feet until they buckled, initiating the collapse. There is no _top block crushing lower block_ because there are no blocks. The Twin Towers were 95% air by volume, not solid like trees. While thinking about it as a 20 story building being dropped on a 90 story building may be easier conceptually, it's wrong. Like any collapsing steel structure once it started moving it began to dismember itself. Thousands of tons of debris pouring down within the four outer walls, dismembering the structure below as it goes.

Even with clear explanations, people want to believe that they know more about everything, including physics. And they don't ask themselves:If multiple columns that support a load break, and other columns that support more load are weakened by fire, where does that load go? does it just disappear? or is it going somewhere (yes, downwards because gravity continues...) and those beams that mention that they had to keep the buildings standing, in fact are not prepared to do so, or are they made of adamantium? Of course not, and even if they are intact, they do not have the capacity to do something impossible, charge with a weight that is also not exerted gently but with a speed (acceleration of gravity). If someone knows a material that can withstand that, should commercialize it and become immensely rich, build the space elevator, and other technological wonders thought of in science fiction, build trains that are not destroyed by crashes at 200 miles per hour and stop counting!

Complete nonsense. The jet fuel exploded instantaneously. That's what the fireball was, the fuel. The atmospheric office fire that lasted a total of an hour and was going out just before collapse wasn't near enough to justify molten steel, melted concrete, and melted beams. The crash and the fire can't defy physics. They wouldn't have made it nowhere near freefall speed like they did. The upper half wouldnt have had enough energy to total collapse, striaght through the path of greatest resistance, at near freefall speed.

@tarkus07

@@Bellthorian Yes, there was evidence. Have you not seen the photographs published by FEMA? Have you investigated the case? In addition, kerosene burns at about 800º C, not 1500. On the other hand, an industrial oven is required for a section of steel to reach internal temperature... office fires mean isolated foci where once everything flammable is consumed, the fire moves to other areas where it finds more flammable material, try to be realistic. Sustained heat could cause buckling, but in the WTC buildings there must necessarily have been shearing of columns, and that can only be achieved with explosives. The external sections that flew out like projectiles and ended up stuck in adjacent buildings show the force of those explosions. Again, have you investigated the photographic evidence? Have you observed the absolute devastation of the surroundings of the WTC? Do you know that after the collapses, beneath the rubble, it continued to burn for a couple of months while firefighters sprayed water 24 hours a day every day? @Bellthorian 29 күн бұрын
@@tarkus07 I should have clarified that I meant 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit. So yes 800 degrees Celsius would have caused the steel to lose 90% of its tensile strength. It is good that you brought up the rubble pile and how it burned for months while fire fighters poured water on it the entire time. I want you to check out what happens when molten aluminum gets exposed to water. It can explode with tremendous force. It does undergo a chemical reaction where the water is split into hydrogen and oxygen gas, which both have a low ignition point and burn VERY hot. What you saw is a CHEMICAL furnace and the FDNY was inadvertently fueling those fires day after day after day. I can tell you are also not familiar with thermal creep, that steel was literally sucking up the heat from those fires and transferring it along its length like a giant heat sink. There is literally not one shred of evidence that supports a controlled demolition.

I hope I can explain: 6:48 My main problem with this theory is that it is clear from the photos and videos that there is a lateral component of force, causing debris and steel to be thrown in all directions. The downward force, instead of gaining momentum and mass, is actually decreasing, which would not be enough to destroy the healthy structure below. This fact is ignored not only here but in all the other explanations on this subject.
@TheCriticalStinker-jw4fl
@TheCriticalStinker-jw4fl 2 ай бұрын
That is not accurate. Let me offer something. This will take just a few minutes. This is *my summary explanation* of Twin Towers collapses of the Twin Towers, start-to-finish, based on _my_ observations without appeal to, or reliance on any authority. No politics or ideology, just what actually happened, which is agnostic to who planned and carried out the 9/11 attacks or why. My hope is this will *dispel many common myths and answer most if not all questions you may have* about the Twin Towers collapses. While complex, most of the Twin Towers collapse mechanisms can be seen with the naked eye and easily discerned and understood by the layperson if sufficient time is taken to understand. The worlds engineering community had already largely sorted them out at least as early as October/November 2001. Still, there are many who can’t be bothered to look or perhaps work hard not to see, being more concerned about advancing political/ideological agendas (which is exciting) than science and engineering (which is boring). 1. The Twin Towers consisted of 4 primary structural elements that together _formed an integrated system_ where each relied on the others. 47 hollow box-section steel *Core Columns* carry the majority of the gravity loads. The 236 hollow box-section steel *Perimeter Columns* carry the remainder and ALL of the lateral (wind) loads. Long-span *Lightweight Steel Trusses* connect the core and perimeter column together at each floor with a *Hat Truss* on top to tie the structure together as an integrated unit where no element can survive without the others 2. The impact of 117 tons of airplane (= to about 12 dump trucks) at speeds up to 590 mph completely destroys the aircraft. This in no way implies the Towers come out unscathed. Some folks don’t get that. Hitting with *the energy of up to a ton of TNT* the impact damages or destroys many perimeter and some core columns (33 of 59 perimeter and 20 core columns destroyed at the impact floors in the North Tower), primarily through _bolt-shearing failures_ at the end connecting flanges, as well as _bending, twisting and fracturing_ of weld seams. There was *no cutting or slicing* - the reality was far more violent and messy. 3. The impacts destroy or damage fire insulation, fire breaks and sprinkler systems on multiple floors. Huge fires are started across _multiple floors simultaneously_ and allowed to spread rapidly with no effective firefighting or fire suppression. This was an _unprecedented fire event_ . 4. The *hotter steel gets the weaker it gets* . With fire insulation stripped away and no sprinklers the survival time of the steel greatly reduced. Gradually over time heat causes the lightweight steel Floor Trusses at the impact damaged floors to sag, which was observed and recorded. No steel melted nor did it need to. Structural steel will fail long before it turns to a puddle. It just needs to _bend_ 5. Sagging floor trusses pull on the increasingly weak and overloaded Perimeter Columns, causing some of them to bow inward by up to 5 feet. A straight column is up to 4 times stronger than a bent column. The bowed Perimeter Columns buckle and fail, initiating collapse. The formerly static mass above which the structure below could easily support is now converted into a dynamic mass up to 30 times greater. Because they have buckled, the *Columns above and below the failure point are no longer aligned* . The load bearing structure below no longer bears any load as it falls _past_ the lower columns, NOT onto them. 6. Thousands of tons of debris fall within the four outer walls, down through the open office space, crashing onto the first intact floor it encounters. This massive impact immediately breaks the bolted connections to the columns as the amount of resistance the Floor Trusses can offer is negligible. The falling debris slows only marginally and briefly. Note: 6a. This is NOT a _solid top block crashing into and “crushing” a solid bottom block_ . 6b. The debris *falls past the columns* not onto them. The columns provide no resistance to the falling debris. 6c. Only the bolted connections of the floor trusses to the core and perimeter columns can offer any resistance. A pair of 5/8” bolts at each end of each truss vs. thousands of tons of falling debris. 7. This floor-led collapse progression _within the four outer walls_ can _only_ go straight down. Note: 7a. This process is often incorrectly referred to as “pancaking” which actually refers to a completely different process rejected at an early stage. The catchy name stuck but nobody knows what it is supposed to mean. Pancaking is too simplistic and inaccurate anyway. More like Kaiserschmarrn. 8. Collapse progresses through the _floor systems_ *not* down the columns, through the _path of least resistance_ . Rate of floor failures increases with each successive floor as momentum increases, reaching an average acceleration of 0.65 of GA, or 35% slower than true free fall. Bam, bam, bam down the building until there are no more floors to fail. The resistance offered by each successive floor is always the same. The mass and velocity and thus the energy of the falling debris are constantly increasing with every floor destroyed new falling mass is added. Some falls to the sides, but most falls down. More mass, more velocity, same resistance with each floor. Don’t get stuck on the _but the lower floors weren’t on fire_ nonsense. They weren ‘t and didn’t need to be. 9. The Towers were 95% air by volume/ As that air was compressed inside the building it is forced down the tower and blown out the sides *in reaction to the building collapsing* . Those were not “explosions”, it was _expulsions_ of compressed air caused by the collapsing building, explaining the low velocity, lack of flash, blast, supersonic pressure waves and lethal high-velocity ejecta. 10. Perimeter Columns become detached and peel away like a banana _behind_ the collapse front, playing out to the four points of the compass extending to more than 600 feet from the base of the towers. This was quite obvious from examination of the debris pile. 11. Core Columns fail last as their internal beam bracing is stripped away by falling debris and lateral support from the floor to perimeter columns is lost. 12. For those who care about how long this whole process took; 31-34 seconds from the moment the perimeter columns buckled until the last core columns hit the pile, or 1/3 the rate of true free fall. Don’t believe me? Just watch any video of the collapses and note the loose _truly free falling debris_ dropping much faster than the towers themselves. 13. Each Tower had a 1-acre footprint. Far from collapsing _inside their own footprints_ the debris pile spread out over 16 acres in a pile up to 14 stories deep. 8 surrounding buildings were destroyed and scores more damaged. 14. The steel in the columns got progressively thinner as the tower rose…this is common knowledge in steel high rise construction, why did you ignore that? It was 5 to 6” thick walled box columns at the base of the tower, gradually tapering to a 1/4” thick at the top. Less rebar is also used at the top. So tell me, how did the LIGHTEST part of the building fell all the way through to the THICKEST part? Physically impossible for that to happen like that.

Glad you asked. It has the benefit of *not requiring Rube Goldberg levels of complexity* and it makes logical sense . Each step in the process flows naturally from the one before AND is chock full of critical details _the conspiracy oriented internet tends to leave out_ with no whataboutisms. Myh hope is this will *dispel many common myths and answer most if not all questions you may have* about the Twin Towers collapses. Huge fires are started across _multiple floors simultaneously_ and allowed to spread rapidly with no effective fire fighting or fire suppression. This was an _unprecedented fire event_ . All of this was observed and recorded. 4. The *hotter steel gets the weark it gets* . This was observed and recorded. A straight column is up to 4 times stronger than a bent column. 6. The bowed Perimeter Columns buckle and fail, initiating collapse. This was observed and recorded. The formerly static mass above which the structure below could easily support is now converted into a dynamic mass up to 30 times greater. Because they have buckled, the *Columns above and below the failure point are no longer aligned* . The load bearing structure below no logner bears any load as it falls falls _past_ the lower columns, NOT onto them. 7. Note: 7a. This is NOT a _solid top block crashing into and “crushing” a solid bottom block_ . 7b. The debris *falls past the columns* not onto them. The columns provide no resistance to the falling debris. 7c. Only the bolted connections of the floor trusses to the core and perimeter columns can offer any resistance. A pair of 5/8” bolts at each end of each truss vs. thousands of tons of falling debris. 8. This floor-led collapse progression _within the four outer walls_ can _only_ go straight down. Note: 8a. This process is often incorrectly referred to as “pancaking” which actually refers to a completely different process rejected at an early stage. The catchy name stuck but nobody knows what it is supposed to mean. Pancaking is too simplistic and inaccurate anyway. More like Kaiserschmarrn. 9. Collapse progresses through the _floor systems_ and *not* down the columns. Rate of floor assembly failures increases with each successive floor as momentum increases, reaching an average acceleration of 0.65 of GA, or 35% slower than true free fall. Bam, bam, bam down the building until there are no more floors to fail. The resistance offered by each successive floor is always the same. The mass and velocity and thus the energy of the falling debris are constantly increasing. The falling mass increases with every floor it destroys as new falling mass is added. Some falls to the sides, but most falls down. More mass, more velocity, same resistance with each floor. The above is unquestionably the _path of least resistance_ 10. The Towers were 95% air by volume and as that air was compressed inside the building it is forced down the tower and blown out the sides *in reaction to the building collapsing* not causing the collapse. Those were not “explosions”, they were _expulsions_ of compressed air. 11. Perimeter Columns become detached and peel away like a banana _behind_ the collapse front, playing out to the four points of the compass extending to more than 600 feet from the base of the towers. This was observed and recorded, the results quite obvious from examination of the debris pile. 12. Core Columns fail last as their internal beam bracing is stripped away and lateral support from the floor to perimeter columns is lost. This was observed and recorded and is most obvious in the North Tower. 13. For those who care about how long this took, the whole process took 31-34 seconds from the moment the perimeter columns buckled until the last core columns hit the pile, or 1/3 the rate of true free fall. Don’t believe me? Just watch any video of the collapses and note all the loose _and truly free-falling debris_ dropping much faster than the towers themselves. 14. What was NOT observed and recorded were the 180-190 dB bangs of high explosives or the blinding bright flashes of burning thermite. Of course, neither could have caused the (silent) Perimeter Column buckling that was observed. Neither explosives or thermite could have survived the impacts and subsequent fires either. Cherry-picking a casual comment about hearing a loud noise in an even like 9/11 is not exactly “proof” of _anything_ and the _pre-planned_ demolition case relies entirely on that. There is zero physical evidence to support either conjecture. It would be technically impossible, totally impractical and completely unnecessary. No one would bother. 15. The Twin Towers were perfectly safe within their design envelope. They only collapsed when taken far outside design parameters by an extraordinary and unprecedented event. *Impact + Fire (heat) + Time + Gravity = Collapse* . Remove any one of those four elements and there is no collapse. Ignore any of those elements (as many do) and you will never understand the collapses. The Twin Towers were an _integrated system_ in which no one component could survive without the others. One fails, the rest follow, through the _path of least resistance_ - DOWN - through the open space, bypassing the path of greatest resistance - the columns. The columns steel thinned....but the grade increased. Why'd you ignore that? The columns were 14 inches across. If they'd been "5 to 6 inches" walls, it wouldn't have been a hollow box. There was no rebar anywhere. And, finally...have you heard of "gravity"? New concept.

The columns had little to do with the collapse progression. When the upper mass came down the columns no longer aligned. The upper mass fell onto the floors below, not the columns. None of the floors below were rated for that much dynamic weight. It wasn't even close, once the top started downward nothing below could stop it. This is an engineering fact.

Because each concrete floor slab and it's steel trusses were only capable of supporting themselves, the static and dynamic loads they were rated for (people, equipment etc), the dynamic wind loads the outer Perimeter column walls would transfer to them and a healthy safety margin. They could not however support the weight of themselves and even 1 floor falling from above. Once overloaded and weakened by fire, the collapse was inevitable. All that debris funneled down through the center, detaching the outer Perimeter Column Walls which were incapable of standing without the support of the floor trusses and folded like knees, unzipping all the way down. The central core which was free standing survived the initial collapse until falling churning debris destroyed its base and it collapsed too. Like an overloaded bookshelf, once one or two floors fell to the floor below, the Towers would collapse.

It wasn't the material that cut through the tower, it was the speed of the object (airplanes) that made it possible. It's the same way that a high powered spray of water can cut through rocks. It's basic physics. Those planes were going over 500 mph. You throw a rock at a cement slab it's not going to do much damage, but if you hurl it at a few hundred mph it's going to do more damage. The fires heated the steel enough to bend it. It's really not that complicated.
@tarkus07
@tarkus07 29 күн бұрын
A jet of very high pressure water does not represent the conditions of the case... do you know how the speed of the plane was estimated? FEMA, NIST, MIT and others watched videos made by different graphic animators, for that reason there are discrepancies of up to 100 km/h between them. They did it knowing the distance to other buildings, then they timed the trajectory dividing the distance by time, the speed had to be estimated because the black boxes of the planes WERE NEVER FOUND!!! By the way, no passenger plane is capable of flying, much less being controlled at cruising speed at sea level, only a fighter plane could maneuver at such a low altitude and such a high speed: the air is three times denser than at 10,000 meters.

@mikero6225 Ай бұрын
I dont think you've actually thought this through. Just for fun, let's ignorantly ignore mass and velocity, and only look at relative size. It by no means accurately reflects the physics, but what the heck. Lets just focus on a wing, for simplification. The 767 wing is roughly 70 foot long, 1 foot high, and 10 feet deep. It is also packed so full of material that it can be considered mostly solid. The exterior columns on wtc2 were 3/8 in thick steel box columns that were roughly 12x14 inches. So the 1 foot high wing encountered roughly 230 cubic inches of steel, and the volume of wing that directly impacted the steel was approximately 13,500 cubic inches of material. Its not easy to make out, but let's say the steel rod that Sabin used was ½inches in diameter and was ⅛ in thick steel, and lets say the width-to-depth ratio of the sword is 1:6. With those parameters, the sword would have to be 9 inches thick and 54 inches wide to be comparable to the wing hitting the box column. Again, that is ignoring the velocity differences. Since the sword was swung at 140 km/hr and the plane struck at 500+ mph, the sword would have to be much much bigger to accurately represent the amount of kinetic energy involved.

@@mikero6225 You speak without knowledge... the wing of an airplane is not solid but hollow, the same as the fuselage, therefore the kinetic energy is dissipated in deformation, a number of air accidents demonstrate this. An airplane CANNOT behave like a missile, even though politicians have repeated it like a mantra. The resistance of steel is superior to aluminum alloys but also the steel section is much thicker than that of any aircraft. An airplane has just the resistance required to withstand aerodynamic forces and pressure differences, but they fly almost at the limit, that is why airplanes have been seen to break up in flight when approaching the speed of sound. The airplanes were CGI, the one that flew over New York was not seen by anyone, it was the first airplane (flight 11), the TV spent 16 minutes wondering if it was a small plane (...) remember? So people were left staring at the façade with the hole in it while the second plane flew over the Hudson River from the south behind the towers that blocked its view from the north, thus creating the myth that "all of New York saw the second plane hit."

The conspiracy theories will often quote the burning temperature of steel. And claim that jet fuel doesn't burn that hot. Which is true. However, I am a welder, and I can witness that you don't need to reach the BURNING temperature of steel for it to liquify. When you weld steel, the metal is only getting up to 700-900 degrees, but that is plenty hot to turn the steel bright orange and cause it to melt and flow like pudding. That is exactly what we all witnessed occurring to the frame of the wtc, and well within the temperature that jet fuel can cause, especially under those conditions, when you have an enclosed space filled with fuel and enormous amounts of wind and paper to burn. It's kind of amazing it took that long for the buildings to fall.

I watched the towers fall on that day. Back then the tv was mounted up high in the corner of a classroom. I thought i saw the buildings collapse from the bottom. I've been looking at new stabalized and enhanced video from today and i can finally see that that is not what happened. Listening to first hand accounts of people saying that the fire was spreading down the building was also eye opening. One said he kept putting his hand on the doors to each level as he went down the stairs and they kept getting hotter with time as they descended is quite interesting. Thank you for explaining the physics of this. I can't believe anyone would question whether an aluminum plane going almost 500mph could cut through steel and concrete. If course it can.

Awesome demonstration of the significance of velocity when a softer material strikes a harder one. While this video doesn't explain countless aspects of the collapse not consistent with the official version of events, I really appreciate the above. The idea presented that we don't know roughly how long the collapses took is silly. As is the idea that they fell at those speeds (near free fall) in the manner that they supposedly did - the upper portions contacting and breaking through intact lower portions. How can 100 story buildings collapse in a pancake fashion - the force of the upper section overwhelming the lower floors one at a time - with no resistance from those floors and the intact structure holding them in place, as measured by time of collapse? (and our eyes) If all of the building's structural columns failed prior to and at the moment of collapse (as HAS happened before), as with controlled demo, this would make sense. There are a million other aspects of the collapse that can't be explained by the official story and are not touched on in this video. Molten steel, inexplicably hot temperatures in the rubble for weeks after the collapse, explosions happening in the sub basements and above prior to the collapses and even prior to planes hitting, to name a few.

3000 bodies disappeared from a building collapse? Not possible
@DB-thats-me

I have a genuine question but I need to start with a conspiracy theory so bare with me. The theory goes that there were explosives located on lower floors which helped the collapse and can be evidenced by what appears to be explosions coming out lower windows. I don’t give these theories any credibility, BUT here comes my question. Given that the floors are ‘pancaking’ virtually flat, and these spaces are full of combustible materials and FLUIDS, could the rise of inter-floor air pressure and therefore temperature, cause a compression-ignition of said materials? If a 10:1 compressions plus spark will fire a car piston, is there a possibility this occurred here. I’ve never seen it speculated on (and to be fair I’m late to the party) but I hope my question is taken seriously. Cheers.

To compress a gas, you need an air tight sealed volume. Even during the collapse an the "pancaking" of the floors, the conditions needed to compress air are not filled, so no. Air couldn't compress the way you are asking. For the explosions heard by the firemen, i think it is a simple illusion. Maybe the falling debris or the rupture of steel structures (that sound like a loud bang) were interpreted as explosions in a high stress situation for those who were inside the building. It is a good question. I hope this answer is clear enough, English is not my main languaje.

Pancaking flat? That is a gross oversimplification. Floors were failing in progression, but not staying intact and falling flat. Less "pancake", more "Kaiserschmarrn". The Twin Towers were 95% air by volume. As debris fell through the open office space, inside the four outer walls the air inside the Tower was being compressed. Eventually after a few floors had failed there was enough pressure for it to blow out the sides, hence you see clouds of dust (and flame in the first few failed floors) blowing out the sides _in reaction to the building collapsing_ Some casual observers look only at the stuff blowing out the windows, don't seem to notice the building is already falling and go _look, explosions_ !!! Yeah, no.

Simple the exterior of the building is soft metal gladding and concrete. The structure beams were high grade steel. The planes didn’t bring down the towers but the fire did. The fire which was burning from the jet fuel weakened the high grade steel. Now for this to happen it would have had to get very hot. The rest was a domino effect each floor pancaked onto the next.

The wings hit the towers diagonally. That means part of the wing hit the columns where they were connected to each other by spandrels. But spandrels were where the outer edge of the 600 ton reinforced concrete floor slab was connected to the perimeter columns. These are all obvious things that never occurred to you because deep down, you have never really wanted to know. Denial and doubt has always been your stock and trade.
