They’ve started the season 2-1, but their first two games exposed significant coaching issues, including a zero emphasis on the run game, poor personnel choices, and an uncreative offense. However, in their 28-9 win over CSU, they made much-needed adjustments despite being without key players like Dallan Hayden, Shilo Sanders, and Chidozie Nwankwo. They needed to show serious improvements, and they did.
In this video, I take an in-depth look at why the 2024 CU Buffs could be much better than most people think. I’ll break down the significant upgrades in player talent, depth, and potentially coaching that have transformed the Buffs into serious Big 12 contenders in just one offseason. The improvements are so great that I hardly even need to mention the greatness of Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders.

My thoughts: The personnel choices, lack of diversity in the play calls, and overall coaching has been concerning but they clearly have much more impactful players. Week 2 should show a lot about the potential of this team, for good or for bad.

Those concerns were warranted. Their game plan was awful and their personnel choices are still completely incorrect. If they don’t adjust soon it’s a wrap for the locker room, everything they have is there, they’ve just utilized them horribly.

I'm sick of saying it but if We/BUFFS can't average AT LEAST 110-120 rushing yds a game from RB's/O-Line...We aren't going to finish well. YEs Yes I know everyone says We are a passing Team but you can not sustain that with better programs. You have to keep Defenses uncertain, off balance by a minimal run threat. Maybe, just Maybe, the run Scheme was not shown on purpose against NDSU. We only hit 2 and 3 holes, I mean that is not even high school, it's Pop Warner. I am not hating, I want TO WIN.
