This is very interesting.. Since Chilchuck is the rogue, the intense moments between life and death depends on how good and focused when disarming traps.. To be honest, that Cockatrice meat looks delicious. (Understandable on the reason on seeing it in English dub, as I'm watching Metallic Rouge in English Dub due to settings of the story).

Chilchuk is a "legally distinct" gnome or halfling/hobbitt equivalent in rhis world. 🍺😁 Of course the Dwarf is Heat tolerant. Forgeborn vs Deep fry oil is no challenge.🔥 As the DM at this table, it is a far saner vibe with them wanting to eat everything they encounter as opposed to the DM running the Interspecies Reviewer (Or Vox Machina) games....🤔

Idk if I got spoiled, but his race in the show is called a Half-foot. Makes sense since he is similar similar a gnome of halfing as you mentioned. I'd like to see a Vox Machin-esque show with this concept. Lol
