The Company assets needed this job to gauge themselves for their capabilities. Even if it's not all assets, those who are doing illegal contracts must find out if they're capable to do jobs without much help from either Benji, OTT and Ray. Everyone getting out of this clean is a great achievement for them. Freya will definitely need Cyber Security Heads to help her improve, cuz she does have potential to do really good in hacking. Good support coming from Perez and Fiona too, and another cracked plan from Mickey. This multi-POV is a great clip!

Fiona is a contractor tho, but she's among the better outside assets of the company to lead a heist crew. Mari on the other hand, was a great replacement for Ginger, and their physical similarities is just a huge coincidence. Also, Mari's wake time is just right to reach all board members in all timezones, project mgrs and assets for briefing them with comms for the day, thus, a great fit, but I also think she needs at least one more person to help her.
