I agree. If JP was still around, and would always get in trouble, it's either any of the Board and a few assets who would try and save him in such situations, including Swan, which would slowly expose her role, and she'd most likely quit the Company because of it.

This was so refreshing to see, I hope we get to see more women joining in on the heists. I would say that's one of the things The Company is doing really well is diversifying who goes on heists. I like seeing the different dynamics between everyone. Another great edit, RPLover. I can only think of one other editor that does NP story edits well, but even still, this is my favourite channel. ❤

I'm loving Swan's character, getting so much good pats from lady luck, and always looks cool doing her thing. Her being allowed by the group to be the lowkey, unmentioned asset who can do almost any given tasks by the board makes her a very valuable member. And by how the contractors they take-in for contracts, so far everyone involved have been good sports, as well as them getting to experience the usual contracts known crims do is a win for them. If they plan it right in the next month/s, especially for the board to still keep together despite the obvious flaws of each of their egos, this group would be a great centerpoint to bring small community streamers and give them a chance to work with other ppl, and ofc, get viewer attention. So far, assets, contractors and company division members ( ex BSK, SS, Rust), and their friends who do this jobs have been a fun interaction in multiple POVs, and this should be the success formula they should use when Mickey decides to have another Internship Program, that's to keep getting everyone involved.

Mickey is brilliant, but outside of asking Swan to be on standby, the entire plan was made by the women. He intentionally stepped back on being involved in any way so they could get the experience of planning everything. It was the girls, they planned the entire thing!

And it's not like they use the bikes immediately. They usually just use the bikes when absolutely necessary, like in this case where their cars were pitted, rammed, and boxed, so they had the bikes as a backup backup to get out

Because she's great at hacking and wants to do more of it, especially the typing ones. She's been chopping a few times, with Benji aswell, and did the hack first try each time. And then practising on the company PC she did great each time aswell. None of the others there said they could do that typing hack by the way. And January did it in her first try again.

Actually, i think mickey had called april first the evening before the heist but she wanted to go to sleep so she told him to call january (april thought they were going to do it later that night) so mickey called jan :)

I think in 4.0 the devs really wanted to steer groups away from grinding heists for money. Paying using passively generated butcoin and low pay outs (in this case just 20k) incentivise just putting on some fun rp groups and not caring too much about the W or getting a return. The Company cared a great deal when it was progression for the first time but now they're happy to let others try out a job. They still got the dongle from it.
