For bleeding i always recomend applying a tourniquet over a bandage because bandages take like 15 seconds or so while the tq takes 8 and then bandage up if the round bruised me once i break contact

And the ibalin isn't that good as a painkiller because it doesn't last a long time and while the drug is in effect it thins out your blood so if u get hit again you will bleed out alot faster that's why meloxicam is better because it doesn't thin out your blood and it lasts longer

Does your tasks/gear progress from PVE also count for PVP, or is it separate?

the PVE progress is the same like PVP progress.. there is no diffrence

Is there a binding or something I can do to open my menu straight to normal inventory, "heath" tab of inventory, map tap, etc? I know M brings up the map on the side, which is nice. But when I know I just got hit and I go to cover, hit Tab, and I was on map last, then i have to click character, then health... it'd be nice to go straight to health when I know that's what I need to see.

I think straight to inventory would be i. I don't think theres anything for going straight to health

I think I found a bug exploit, you can wear two rigs, a regular one and then put a plate carrier over it, normally it won't let you, but if you loot a faction member or a scav, but it has to be the body looting ui, you can drag it over your vest and the plate carrier will switch with the vest but you get to wear basically 2 mag holders. Is this normal,
