I can add another tip. Usually the grand finally can be noticed by people in different parts of the map. To minimize the risk you should: 1- clear 1st phase as soon as possible. Players can see that tornado, and it is present only during the 1st phase. 2- put the 2nd gemstone into the mask only when you've finished collecting all your loot on your island. By doing that way you will spawn the fortress only when you are actually ready to set your sails

Pro tip: ships log is always located in the locked ship ,which is the white one ,the key will be found in another ship

Great tips! Seeing the loot spawn is so lame. They should've put it inside the fortress, blowing up that gate at the very end to get in. They pretty much could've done a repeat of seaforts in there, but perhaps instantly starting with the boss wave and not having to fight through several.

Tip: For the haunted islands, use a fire bomb. Toss it at the ancient priests. They will never die and will run from phantom to phantom continually setting them on fire. Then just sit back and pick off any that come towards you with your gun of choice. I found that eventually the fire will go out on the priests, just toss one more fire bomb, usually enough to complete it.

This, and also note any exploding barrels you see while you are running the lantern around the island. I can usually finish a fight fast by using one keg on the first wave and a second on the boss.

I'm sure it's great content as usual. I just started playing (little over a week) after years of wanting to. Turned onto it by Summit, found you and have really enjoyed watching SoT content. However the new player experience is probably one of the worst I've ever experienced. The community seems to thirst for any sloop especially solo captains. It's a struggle to complete tall tales, emissary commendations, etc. trying to chill after the kids are in bed and all I get are the sweatiest crews with no mic chasing me down. Or they come across my vessel while I'm trying to interpret the fuzzy map to dig up "treasure" that's worth a couple hundred coins. I'm still going to stay at it, but jeez there sure are an abundance of turds in the water. GGs

Honestly, is the Emissary Quest even worth it anymore? The new Items are almost 5 Times as much worth as the old Trinkets you get from the lvl 5 Quest. By the Time you dig everything up etc. you already finished the next Legend of the Veil Quest, which gives a guaranteed Athena Chest.

It is, what I do is stack 3-4 emissary quests then do them all, it will create a perfect loop for the flag it will never NOT be 5 upon completion. Also emissary quests give a guaranteed Chest of Legends

@@bananaboi7776 Start a lotv, finish it, get rank 5 Go to an outpost and sell everything, put down the flag after getting the emissary quest, re-raise flag. Do the quest, you'll end up about rank 3. Put a new lotv, and go sell and do the quest every level 5 you get. You'll be in loop with getting rank 5 from completing chapters and emissary quests.

To farm athena absolutely. Gives around 100k of loot for a 30-40 minute voyage, and good reputation. You can chain it with emissary quests and get good bucks

so I am at a ghaunted isle mission. I did 2 braziers already (apart from the one that is next to belle) and now my light does not work at all. I walked all over the island multiple times and could only see the braziers Ive already lit. help Edit: Okay so I fixed it by just alt+f4 and then rejoin the session

The best tip of all is tuck on the main fort and wait for them to finish the fort. Easiest athena you´ll steal.

Hallo i have a question, I was to day playing with crossplay on xbox with, Sea of Thieves and i met two People and they where playing Sea of thieves on PC, but i we have a little problemen we don't know how to send a friend request from Xbox to PC and from PC to Xbox, But do you know how to do that actually ???. Because We don't know how to do that, and also we are New with this, and also we are New in the game.

They can download an xbox app on their computer. You can add someone there. In Sea of Thieves there is no way to add friends, like in some other games. As far as i know, them downloading the Xbox app on their PC and adding you, is the only way to play together on Sea of Thieves.

yeah maybe if you leave some loot you are given. But if you're thorough with the loot you get in each chapter you'll 100% of the time get athena 5 by the end of it.

I was wondering the same thing back towards the end of last month. Spent more time on the game than I actually should have, but was afraid I'd miss out on an item I've wanted since I first saw it; the Servant of the Flame Cutlass. 25 haunted islands and a couple of interruptions later, my merchant privateer has a black and gold cutlass. Headcanon is my privateer got so annoyed with all the Reaper ghosts that he went to the Hideout and took the sword as ironic revenge.
