Hi, I have a client trying to import a mapped out system of deals and logs into hubspot sales hub deals. How can we do this securely without making mistakes

So what if I want to just have simple text link on an external page that triggers a HubSpot popup form to collect contact and some text info?

If you're wanting to have a simple text link on an external page (assuming you mean one not affiliated with your hubspot portal or CMS?) - you'd likely want to use a HubSpot form not a CTA. Go to forms >> create form and select 'standalone page' and then that hyperlink (once you've built the form) is what you'd use for the text link on your external site

Is there a limit to how many you should have running at a time? I've got them all on two-week turnarounds but visitors still end up seeing more than I'd like in a visit. --also, have you noticed the timing not working? I've got one I'm keeping an eye on that I know shows more often then 2-week turnaround.

The best practices for number of CTAs varies by the type of content you are running so wouldn't want to make a recommendation without all the necessary information. If you are running CTAs set to unpublish after two weeks but they are still running, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot support. Thanks!

what's wrong with you? why you changed the interface of hubspot???? it is NOT USER FRIENDLY ANYMORE! I try to figure out for minutes how that new dashboard works....
